Reaffirming Facts

One time, FC was engaged in a conversation with A Friend (AF) who was curious how she and Past Lover (PL) lasted long. FC listened to AF’s story and reason for asking her. Apparently, AF knew about the dilemma of PL’s Current Girlfriend (CG).
According to AF, CG is having second thoughts on continuing her relationship with PL. As time passes, CG is seeing the true personality of PL. For example, PL does not keep his pad tidy. CG even volunteered to clean up PL’s pad. She opened the windows to let the stench out and strategically placed diffusers to make sure the pad smells nicely. Then, CG was shocked to find out that PL is not that big down there. Other than the smelly room, PL’s size bothered CG. When he’s done, he stops, regardless of CG’s reaching her climax. CG ends up frustrated most of the time.
After listening to AF, FC confirmed the issues raised by CG. FC agreed that PL was not a tidy person. Their frequent overseas travels revealed the personality of PL, which FC realized was very different from hers. For example, FC had to request frequently the cleaning of their hotel room. FC is quite OC in her place, while PL does not really care. Then, she confirmed the size of PL, but his performance made up for his shortcomings at the start. Later, PL became lazy in bed and perhaps, the excitement died down.
Finally, AF had to ask for an update on the current relationship of FC. Hardly did FC give any juicy details except to state that her new man is the opposite of PL. AF could only speculate if that meant size as well.

Her Peculiar Ways

Unlike the capital, funds are not as much in certain provinces that rely on simple living. Thus, when calamity strikes, the budget has to be maximized and often times, is insufficient. When Public Official (PO) realized his locale would have to impost a quarantine of sorts as well, he did not hesitate to ask private individuals and corporations to help out. He wanted to ensure the welfare of his area. As PO is a reliable and credible leader, his call was heeded and donations started coming. Even friends from his former work chipped in to help him out. Some of the goods were dropped off at the residence of PO, and the variety of products was impressive. Given that PO has generous friends from all over, imported canned goods, toiletries, and other essential products were sent to his home.
When The Wife (TW) saw the branded products, she instructed the help to place the said goods in their stockroom. Time came for repacking and PO was surprised that he could not find the said goods. He asked the volunteers where the goods were, but most of them were afraid to speak up. PO asked TW about the said goods and TW said that she had them placed in the stockroom where she can see them. Further, TW said that the goods can be distributed after a few days, as she still wants to have them within her sight. PO did not argue anymore, as his love is encompassing of his wife’s strange behavior at times.
Incidentally, even cheques, which should be deposited immediately, are intercepted by TW before being turned over to PO. TW said that she wants to hold the cheques literally before giving them to PO. PO has accepted TW and such oddities only test the depth of his love for her.

Former senator Jinggoy Estrada was brought to a police station in San Juan on Sunday for allegedly violating the government's guidelines on enhanced community quarantine.
San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora said Estrada was arrested for going around the city's barangays even though the former senator was not authorized to do so.
"Sapagkat itong si dating Senador Jinggoy Estrada ay ilang araw na pong nag-iikot dito sa lungsod ng San Juan na walang authority," Zamora said in an interview on TV Patrol.
(Because former senator Jinggoy Estrada has been going around San City for several days without authority.)
Zamora said Estrada's relief efforts were drawing crowds in violation of the guidelines on physical distancing.
"Nag-iikot, parating maraming tao, walang social distancing."
(He's going around, there's always a crowd, there's no social distancing.)
The mayor also said Estrada's camp did not coordinate with the local government and did not secure a certificate for their relief operations.
"Kung gusto niyang tumulong sa ating mga mamamayan, ayon sa DILG [Departmenf of Interior and Local Government], kailangang kumuha ng certification sa local government," Zamora said.
(If he wants to help our citizens, according to the DILG, he needs to get certification from the local government.)
ESTRADA RELEASED AFTER BEING 'INVITED'
Estrada was released by the police at around 8 p.m. The former senator said the police did not file any charges against him and just gave him a warning.
In an interview, Estrada said he was "invited to the police station" for allegedly violating quarantine protocols, specifically, physical distancing while distributing relief goods.
He also denied allegations he was giving away money along with the relief goods.
"At any rate, unfortunately, this is all about politics. I think Mayor Zamora already held an interview, gave an interview in various networks, and allegedly he told the media, I was distributing bangus along with money. I deny. Wala po akong perang ibinibigay. Sinasabi niya mayroon akong perang ipinamimigay (I am not giving away money. He said I am distributing money)," Estrada said.
"Assuming, assuming totoo ang sinasabi niya (what he is saying is true), I think there's nothing wrong [with that]. People are hungry, people have no work. He should understand that," he added.
The former senator earlier accused Zamora of blocking a mobile market that sold goods at half the price, which was an initiative of his daughter Janella.
Janella was defeated in the last elections by Zamora.
Videos of Estrada being accosted by police have been posted on social media.
The video shows the former senator boarding a police vehicle at around 4 p.m. in Brgy. Salapan, San Juan City.
Bayan Patroller Fred Lozano, who lives in Brgy. Salapan, said Estrada was handing out fish to residents when police arrived and ordered him to stop.
A video shot by Lozano showed a crowd had gathered in the area.
