One time, while Blessed Performer (BP) was in the midst of a family gathering, she suddenly burst into tears, as the circumstances were overwhelming. BP could not contain the emotion, as she realized she was feeling genuine happiness, which was new for her.

When BP was starting out her career, the guiding principle was to strike while the iron is hot. Thus, from the management to her immediate family, BP was booked for engagements. Her events were so many, she had lost count of weekends. Christmas, New Year, and other holidays were work days for BP. She never had a chance to enjoy the mall, as it was her workplace and even out of town trips were still about work. Family gatherings were minimal as her family members were busy minding businesses made possible by BP’s hard work. Only helpers were around to attend to any needs BP might have if she’s between jobs.

BP’s life was not unique, as many other celebrities had undergone the same fate. With only talent at hand, the goal was always to alleviate the family’s standard of living. From a humble rented apartment, talent can lead to many mansions. BP did just that for her family and she continued to work with no end in sight.

Finally, age and realization caught up with BP and she decided to leave her old life. This time, BP was with a family who celebrated birthdays, family events, holidays, etc. as a unit and even the extended families would come over. The gatherings were all fun and everyone was happy. BP was just there to enjoy the company. She did not have to work or perform. After many years, BP was feeling something she had not felt most of her life, and that was the real, sincere love her present family was showing her. BP could not understand how her family could hate the people she’s with right now, who are showing her unconditional love and the essence of a family.

Life will always have ups and downs. This time, Evolving Actress (EA) is going through moments that can break anyone softer. EA is experiencing the effects of a changed life, made worse by the pandemic.

Sometime ago, EA decided to pursue her dream and that meant living away from people she loves, including her family. She had to leave for the sake of her future and local showbiz had limited opportunities. Like a typical migrant, EA had to take on odd jobs while waiting for the break. EA patiently looked for her destiny.

However, fate was not kind. In a competitive industry, EA had to do more to get noticed. EA tried, but finances started catching up on her. Although she still had a roof over her head, living abroad can be expensive, especially when she could not rely on her family for support. She allegedly had to approach and introduce herself to ask for money. Lucky for her, she still has kind hearts to depend on and for some people, EA has resorted to begging.

Nonetheless, other than wait for acting gigs, EA has allegedly delved into escorting clients, who prefer older people, like her. However, her competitors are more aggressive, as they are younger than EA.

With the pandemic, EA could not seek her clients, as social distancing is implemented in her residence. Shootings, tapings, and other production activities were halted as well. Sadly, even friends who have been helping EA out could no longer fully help, as they do not have work as well. Despite the hardship, EA remains optimistic that she will receive some form of assistance later on. For now, EA has to face the difficult time with hardly any means to live comfortably and away from her family, who has been quiet even since she moved away.

Prior to the lockdown, an interesting incident happened between an ordinary couple and Media Personality (MP). One typical Sunday, the couple was at the parking area of a mall and about to park in the PWD slot when another car started jockeying for the same space. The markings were clear that the said slot was for PWDs and one of the persons in the couple’s car was a PWD.

Suddenly, MP’s car started honking and after a few seconds, the driver stepped out and introduced herself. The couple said that the parking slot was a right of the PWD passenger. However, MP was adamant and insisted that she should be the one to park, as she was in a hurry to interview an Important Someone (IS) for her show. Even if the PWD passenger said that the designated slot was needed for a wheelchair, MP continued to argue. To keep things cool, the couple relented and gave the slot to MP.

After almost an hour, the couple found a parking slot and went around the mall. The incident with MP was forgotten until they chanced upon her in one of the restaurants. At the corner, away from the view of most diners, MP was having a conversation with IS. Then, the couple realized that MP had no crew or a camera person to record her alleged interview with IS. The couple noticed that MP was in mini-skirt and high heels, and was fully made up.

Out of curiosity, the couple looked at IS and they were surprised to see that he was among the most sought after unattached public servant. By contrast, MP is in a committed relationship, which is not a secret in her circle. The meeting looked more like a date instead of the interview that MP used as a bargaining chip to get the PWD couple’s parking slot. When MP and IS were stepping out of the restaurant, her eyes met the couple’s gaze. However, she immediately changed the direction of her sight and pretended she did not see the couple. Quickly, she and IS made their way out of the area.

Someone seems to be happy these days after social media exposed a story that shocked many fans. At one end is Catatonic Partner (CP), who no longer cares for the one at the other end, Pretending Talent (PT). Outside of the spectrum is Imposing Friend (IF), who found an excuse to enter the picture again. IF was so happy at the turn of events for CP and PT that she allegedly organized a Zoom meeting with her close friends to express her glee.

IF believes that the opportunity for her to meet PT is becoming a reality again, as CP has decided to distance herself from PT. When her friends reminded her that professional circumstances are making her plan impossible, IF remained optimistic. After all, IF strongly believes that if management had not pushed for the novelty of CP and PT, she would be with PT, as she was the original partner of PT.

As soon as she was able, IF contacted PT and asked how he was. The conversation turned to his relationship with CP. Then, IF said that if PT is dropped by his management, she can use her connections for him to be absorbed by a new professional family. After all, IF reminded PT that top management favors CP over him. PT replied that as far as he knows, his professional partnership with CP is intact and everything is fine. Moreover, PT said that IF might have just received wrong information, as he and CP have a misunderstanding. Further, PT said that he has not returned to his work with CP due to the quarantine. Still, IF said that in case her hunch happens, he knows how to contact her and she’ll always be with him as a friend.

Bothered by the conversation, PT called his handler and asked if problems will be hitting his professional life. The reply PT received was that all is well and if he’s not receiving word about jobs with CP, a work stoppage was being implemented. PT just needs to fix his issues with CP and things will be back to normal. After all, big projects are already being planned for the two of them.

After a few days, IF contacted PT and told him that she has already talked to her management. IF said that in case PT decides to leave his management, her professional family is interested in him. Calming down, PT told IF to lay-off and stop sending him messages. He’s busy trying to win back CP. However, PT is facing a solid wall, as CP is not interested. She is still hurting, like a girlfriend who was shocked to find out the truth from social media, and not from her partner himself.

Realizing missing someone close can be very frustrating, especially if circumstances of the separation were full of pain. Words can cut deep and leave an imprint that can be hard to overcome.

When Controlling Personality (CP) had an opportunity, she reached out to Showbiz Insider (SI) to ask about her Banished Relation (BR). Much time has passed and CP has not heard much about BR and only gets stories about her indirectly. SI reminded CP that she was the one who decided the fate of BR and even instructed for security personnel to ensure BR keeps away from her. CP was unable to reply, but after a few minutes used her relation card to insist her connection. SI assured CP that he will inform BR of her message.

The talk then moved to an important matter that SI had to raise sooner or later. SI informed CP of financial matters that had to be settled. SI advised CP to already give in to the request of BR to avoid legal proceedings. CP allegedly agreed on the matter of cash, but as to fixed assets, such as the many buildings of BR, CP asked for more time.

CP then requested for SI to set a meeting with BR, but only with her and no one else. SI then relayed the request to BR. Initially, BR thought the idea was good, but then, she hesitated and questioned the sincerity. Although the meeting was positive news for BR, she could not help but feel disappointed that CP did not want to meet the Other Party (OP). BR wants OP to know whatever she and CP will talk about.

However, BR raised the idea to SI that CP might again be scheming. Once CP gives the money, BR fears she might start another war. BR is familiar with the cycle of argument and reconciliation style of CP. CP will exhaust all means to win back BR and promise to understand her. However, BR’s experiences have made her learn CP’s style and she refuses to be trapped again. Thus, this time, BR has decided to mind her own life.

When SI relayed the response of BR to CP, he sanitized the version. SI said that BR needs space and might not yet be ready to meet. He did not include the part about BR’s frustrations, as he did not want to widen the gap between CP and BR anymore.
