The secret to achieving one’s status in any field is hard work and belief in one’s capability. When a newbie is given a break, he/she must show off his talent that could entice the second look from the audience. After which, the talent could continue to work patiently until he/she becomes successful.
Among the many celebrities who worked hard to achieve their position, the life of Actress Host (AH) is an example of how dedication pays off. When AH started her career, her young looks added to the interest she attracted when she was appearing in variety shows and even movies. Then, as quickly as her career was gaining momentum, she disappeared from the scene. The situation of AH was nothing new, as she was pregnant with the child of Handsome Hunk (HH).
Although AH and HH tried to work things out, differences in attitude and maturity led to their breakup. AH then had to raise their child as a single mom. As soon as she was able to move about after giving birth, AH tried to get into as many projects as she could. In the process, AH had to rely on loans from a friends, who extended their help to make sure AH would be able to keep her kids off the street.
AH continued to work and fall in love. In most cases, her new partners would also show care for her kids. One day, AH brought her child to a management team in the hope that potential could translate to financial relief. Lucky for AH, a station was in need of new talents to be built up.
Acting as his guardian, AH reaped the benefits of having an Appealing Son (AS). From someone who relied on loans before, the life of AH turned for better, as she was able to pay off some debts. Then, AH found herself renewing her career. Although her first gig did not meet expectations, people realized that AH was attracting audiences herself and that she deserved the attention for her various shows.
While success was indeed in the grasp of AH, a change in attitude was noticed. Instead of continuing with her work ethic, she was showing signs of being demanding in her shows. For instance, her attitude made the team pack-up for the day. Thus, the production was very disappointed because all the requests and whims were followed down to the letter. Still, AH had the face to stop the production. The production could only whisper ‘unprofessional’ among themselves. They know that AH still has a long way to go to reach a position of importance to the network and definitely, she is not even near filling up the void left by a network talent.
