Improving Liver Health

If your age falls on the early 20s and above, you have probably realized that you are not getting any younger that’s why you have to make sure your health is on its peak level. You have to work on your health as early as now in order to avoid chronic diseases in the future. According to surveys and researches made, the liver is one of the many organs that became problematic when changes in lifestyle were not made timely and appropriately. This is why it is important to improve your lifestyle and improve your liver health by:

Getting enough rest is a must. When you don’t let your body get enough rest, your organs becomes stressed too which leads to malfunctions and diseases.

Familiarize yourself with food, food ingredients, vitamins and minerals that can help your liver improve its quality of health such as vegetables, fruits, green tea plus Vitamin C and Milk Thistle or Silymarin. All of these are powerful antioxidants which help promote the growth of new liver cells while preventing liver damages. After awarding the top movies for 2017, the Philippine Movie Press Club (PMPC) announced the nominees for the 9th Star Awards for Music scheduled this year.

Leading the list is Julie Anne San Jose, who scored 6 nominations including Song of the Year and Female Recording Artist of the Year.

The male category meanwhile is dominated by Alden Richards and Michael Pangilinan who are both competing for Song of the Year alongside Julie Anne. Both Alden and Michael are also nominated for Male Recording Artist of the Year.

The Pilita Corrales Lifetime Achievement Award will given to Imelda Papin, while the Levi Celerio Award will be awarded to Freddie Aguilar.

Just Showing What's Behind the Mask

The image of Well-loved Actress (WA) might be affected by the attitude she showed in front of fans eager to see her and her Screen Partner (SP) together. As soon as fans saw that WA was stepping out with SP, they started to scream out of glee. The team-up of WA and SP is among the most receptive partnerships that surprised even the network.

Initially, WA and SP waved at the crowd and smiled for photos. They did what was expected, but the fans could not have enough of them. Thus, they stayed longer and continued to show the expected behavior.

However, such behavior did not last. The face of WA started to change and she started saying unsavory statements to the organizer that indicated she had enough. SP noticed the change in the disposition of WA. Unfortunately, some fans heard the rude statements of WA and lost their eagerness to have a photo with her.

After a while, WA pulled SP out and the two stepped out of the venue, much to the disappointment of the crowd. The organizer had to act fast, and pacified the crowd with apologies.
