Leaving an Audacious Impression

Boorish Actor (BA) is at it again! Since he started his career, BA has always been the subject of rumors of his rudeness. While BA never addressed these rumors earlier, his actions in several occasions with fans and even towards a showbiz insider that were caught on camera had to be dealt with asap. Thus, there was no more denying that BA has some character problems, which might eventually cost him his career.
However, fans are still fond of BA, and disregard whatever people are telling about him until they meet him in person and get a dose of his disregard for fans. While senior stars stress that they are not where they are now if not for their fans, BA, has his own attitude towards fans.
A few days ago, BA was seen dining in a restaurant with some company that included his screen partner (SP). A fan, who was also dining with her family in the same place, politely approached and asked BA if she could have a photo with him. In a loud voice and sarcastic tone, BA replied, “Hindi puwede! Kumakain kami!” Shocked, the fan walked away and felt so bad as she did not deserve such rude treatment.
Now, people who saw what happened could not understand why BA could not even spend a few seconds to post for a photo with a fan, who was wearing a traditional Muslim outfit. What they could not understand is if BA has something against posing with Muslims or if he were in a bad mood at that time. At that point, BA should have at least shown good manners as someone had the guts to approach him. The restaurant is a bit pricey for the regular fans, and thus, people who dine are the ones who can afford to pay its high prices. Hence, the fan who approached him might not have been just anyone else. Regardless of the fan’s identity, BA was still rude. While BA might have wanted his privacy, a polite refusal would have been appreciated, instead of his crassness.
It’s just too bad that the network is not doing enough to address this bad attitude of BA towards his fans. Is BA too confident because his last movie with SP was a box office, and one of their films was actually praised by critics? In such a short time, BA is already drowning in a little glass of water, and still does not know how to deal with fans without a camera in front of him.

Please be forewarned. Thieves and their kind are now into countless modus to get to their prey and steal from unsuspecting victims.
A parent from Xavier went home from his office. While driving, a car bumped him.
He got down to talk to the driver, then when he went back inside his car, there were already several men inside.
There he was tied and was brought somewhere. Hours later, at around four in the morning, he was told to call his family. Clearly, it was kidnap for ransom.
Kidnappers were asking for Php30Million!!
The camp of the victim tried to negotiate. The negotiator and the wife of the victim were in the safe house with the Philippine National Police (PNP) so they can be assisted and guided.
Bargaining for the 30Million ransom almost nil, as the kidnappers only agreed to lower it to less than Php29Million!
Victim's family went with anti-kidnapping crusader Teresita Ang - See to ask help from Sec. Abaya.
Warning to all: When somebody bumps your car or tries to distract you while you're driving, PLS. DON'T STOP!

Her Kind of Friendship

In spite of her age and circumstances, Television Personality TP’s passion for her work never waned. Amidst the stiff competition, her commitment to her profession and stand on many issues have never been compromised ever since. TP’s image is such that she is feared, and her staff surely knows how not to mess up with their very controlling boss.
It is reportedly TP’s strong personality and character that had brought her not a few critics and haters. Whether at the workplace or in her private world, TP is known to be very particular with the kind of people she associates herself with. And whoever crosses her will be marked for life.
Not too long ago, TP was busier than usual and was often out-of-town. Thus, she would be conspicuously absent from her TV Show TS. Supposedly, her out-of-town trips were meant to gather materials for her Other Show OS.
TP loves both shows so much. To her credit, she is close to one of the Network Executives NE who gives her a free hand to choose who she wants to pinch hit for her whenever she would be absent from TS.
It is during times like this when TP would be very particular as to who would substitute for her. Reportedly, she only has two (2) names she prefers: a Pretty Colleague PC and fellow Network Veteran NV - only them and no one else.
When asked why she doesn’t consider a much younger but nonetheless Multi-awarded Personality MP who can very well fill in for her, TP did not have any reaction but one of thick sarcasm. Her eyebrows were allegedly raised so high coupled with a big smirk.
Those privy to TP and MP know only too well how wide is the divide between the two. Reportedly, TP is so stuck to that past that nothing can soften her stance on MP’s perceived sins to her. Yet, perhaps unknown to her, MP has now leveled up. Heard that while she used to be so affected by TP’s alleged power-tripping, right now, TP is the least of her concern. MP was allegedly quoted as saying that TP is so yesterday and there are more relevant matters that deserve her time.

When "Pinoy Big Brother" winner Daniel Matsunaga finally exited the famous yellow house last Sunday, one of the first news to greet him was that his former girlfriend, actress Heart Evangelista, had just been engaged.
In a live interview on "Aquino & Abunda Tonight" on Monday, the Brazilian-Japanese model said he was told of the news by former housemate Alex Gonzaga.
Evangelista's boyfriend of over two years, Sen. Francis "Chiz" Escudero, proposed to the actress on Saturday night in Sorsogon, just a day before Matsunaga made headlines after being named "Big Winner" at the Newport Performing Arts Theater in Pasay.
Asked for his reaction to the engagement, Matsunaga said: "Okay lang. Masaya ako para sa kanila, seriously. Move on talaga, matagal na."
Citing "cultural differences," Evangelista confirmed her breakup with Matsunaga in April 2012 after more than a year of being a couple. At the time, the actress had just spent a vacation in Matsunaga's hometown in Brazil. She stressed, however, that his family was kind and accommodating to her.
Evangelista and Escudero became officially a couple on July 30, 2012, but the senator only confirmed that status of their relationship in October that same year.
Following the confirmation, Matsunaga said he and Evangelista have managed to remain friends and that he is even open to meeting Escudero.
Meanwhile, Matsunaga said he intends to remain friends with "Pinoy Big Brother" housemate Vickie Rushton, whom he was romantically linked during their stint in the reality show.
The two have repeatedly denied being attracted to each other, after being teased for a time by their fellow housemates as a potential couple.
Rushton is in a relationship with actor Jason Abalos.
"Siyempre [we will remain friends]. Friends lang. [Kung ayaw ni Jason], okay lang. Pero siyempre, may respeto ako sa sarili ko atsaka kay Jason, 'diba. At sa umpisa, friends talaga kami," Matsunaga said.

This developed as police in Mandaluyong City are now verifying leads on the suspect's identity and the plate number of the vehicle used in the crime, "24 Oras" reported Tuesday.
Closed-circuit television footage of the scene showed the incident occurred near the corner of Maria Clara and Bumatay Streets in Mandaluyong City last Saturday.
Footage showed the Camry-type luxury car stopping briefly near the corner, its right front door opening, and the teen falling out of the car.
The girl was helped by a security guard, who brought her to a barangay outpost.
According to the girl, who is now undergoing therapy, she was forced into the vehicle by the driver, supposedly a foreigner.
She said she could not escape because the vehicle had automatic door locks.
The girl said she tried to fight her abductor, who managed to remove her clothes.
But the girl managed to find a chance to open the door and escape.
In the meantime, police are now verifying a name and plate number of the vehicle involved in the incident.
