Deprived Actor DA has been without projects for a long time now. DA, like everyone else in The Network TN, accuses some TN Bosses TB of strong discrimination in giving out projects to its talents. Patronage politics has reportedly been in active practice in TN for decades now. The practice has alienated a lot of its contract artists/talents. Some opted to sever ties from TN and transferred somewhere for better and greener pasture.
One of those in limbo was DA who felt he was being unfairly sidelined for quite a long time, such that he summoned the courage to let his sentiments known to a TN top gun who lost no time and addressed DA's concern. Heard from the grapevine that a Powerful Personality PP in TN was so pissed by what DA did that he reportedly swore not to give DA any project all the more. Perhaps, DA felt the heat his doing has caused, and allegedly did not press his complaints any further.
Months ago there were quiet whispers that DA was sending feelers to transfer to a rival network, but this did not progress as somebody was reportedly trying to block it.
Desperate times call for desperate measures. At present, reportedly DA has a Wealthy Businessman WB for a benefactor. WB is based abroad which is allegedly the reason why DA travels to the state more often. Heard from the grapevine that WB is so generous that everytime DA leaves the country with a single luggage, he comes back with five (5). Surely, DA has no reason to complain, right?
Is WB the reason why DA's girlfriend of several years who belongs to Manila's elite reportedly broke off with him? To those who know DA from within, they knew it was a choice he would be most happy.
