  1. Not embalmed, they will put his body in a contained controlled temperature glass

    1. Ah ganun ba yun? Hanggang kelan?

    2. False. His body was embalmed. Got to preserve the body's appearance for a few days because of the warm weather to allow for a lying-in-state viewing for a few days. Meron pa nga “touch of make-up”. Read the news!

    3. As per inquirer, "Pope Francis's body underwent a temporary embalming process known as thanatopraxy". Injection lang and make-up para ma-preserve body niya until Saturday.

    4. Ayon sa Vatican News, isa sa mga wishes ni Pope Francis is huwag ilibing sa St Peter Basilica, gaya nila St. Pope John Paul and Pope Benedict. Instead he wishes to buried sa lupa sa St Mary Major dahil devotee siya ni Mama Mary. Even sa coffin niya gusto niya simple wood lang and sa tombstone niya gusto niya Francis lang ilagay wala nang mga extra wording.

    5. Parang naka float yung hands niya on top of each other, i’m sure it’s embalmed. That’s exactly how my Lola’s hands looked during her wake.

  4. I wished hindi sya nagmotorcade, a simple appearance would suffice. He was still recovering, kita naman na hirap din sya sa paghinga. Napagod sya and his body gave out.

    1. I believe it was his request. Everything went perfect in my opinion. Farewell nya sa mga tao ang nangyari. He did what he loved best until the end.

    2. He was destined to leave, regardless if he was just relaxing or working. His time has come.

    3. Maybe it's his way to say goodbye to everyone.

    5. Baka it’s Pope Francis’ choice (or last wish) to do the motorcade. With his ongoing health condition for months, maybe he already knew it will be his last that’s why he pushed thru with it. How lucky were the people in attendance!

    6. I agree and no mask pa. Pero baka nararamdaman na nyang last chance na nya yun to be near people na buhay pa sya kaya he pushed himself.

  6. Parang angel talaga si Pope Francis. I was lucky to attend a homely before sa vatican. Si pope nga sabi nya pagiging bisexuals is not a crime. Malayong malayo kay pacman tsk tsk. Catholics are Christian rin.

    2. Actuallly medyo G rin ako jan, pag may naririnig or nagsasabi na ay “ako catholic, christian ako” so anu tingin nyo sa aming mga catholic hindi christian? Ako if tatanungin ako ibang lahi sinasabi ko i’m a Christian, my denomination or particularly Catholic.
