Rest in Peace Ate Guy. Despite your high stature, despite being the "Superstar" in Philippine showbiz, with 5 decades of achievement and accolades, you remained humble, simple and kind. Ate Guy was the first big star to do and support indi films. I remember you even helped some press people during the pandemic. To give is your second nature - AS ALWAYS. May God welcome you in His loving arms. The whole nation is truly sad but grateful for your contribution in the arts and culture. 🙏🙏🙏
12:54 Kung walang contribution. Stfu na lang. People are here to chat/talk/exchange info and ideas. Online Maritessan ito. YUN MGA WALANG INPUT, MAGBASA NA LANG. WAG NA MAGCOCOMMENT. BAKA MAY MATUTUNAN PA KAYO PAG NAGBASA KAYO.
12:54 I agree with you. Open na open book ang naging buhay ni Ate Guy for decades. Ibalato na ito sa mga naulila niya. Let’s respect whatever information they choose to share.
I am not very sure, but i think Ms. Guy had emphysema for a long time because i heard she was always attached to an oxygen... Not sure again was Nora a smoker? kasi that is the main cause of emphysema. kumbaga damaged na ang mga walls ng airsacs sa lungs nya. kaya the lungs can no longer function 100% - so maybe emphysema was the contributing factor to the acute respiratory failure. kumbaga finally bumigay na ang lungs nya. i had a patient with emphysema before. smoker siya for many many years.
Nora Aunor's death was even announced in BBC, CNN, Arab News, USA Today, etc. Since 1967 up to present, household name pa din. Borrowing her line sa Bilangin ang Bituin sa Langit, aso lang ang di nakakakilala sa pangalang Nora Aunor (Magnolia). Life well lived Ate Guy, especially your generosity to others 👏👏👏

DeleteAcute respiratory failure is most likely secondary to another medical condition like pneumonia, heart failure, heart attack, etc.

ReplyDeleteIkaw ang superstar, ang star ng buhay ko… mahirap ma inlove sa isang katulad mo…
ReplyDeleteA cinderella song na akala ko original ni ate guy..
Delete“Superstar Ng Buhay Ko” by Nora Aunor was written by Chito Ilacad & Sunny Ilacad Released in 1975. That song was also covered by Ate Guy.
May cover din si Nora Aunor ng song na yun. Superstar ng Buhay ko. Pati si Pilita Corrales
DeleteAno po ang acute respiratory failure?
