Sometime bullying or harsh comments can result to dislike their identity lalo na ito at may comparison sa parents, na di dislike nila ang sarili nila at mas gusto sa ibang katauhan. May God bless them.
True! Reminds me of Cher and her trans daughter Chaz who hated being a girl and being compared to her beautiful talented famous glamorous mother. She also didnt inherit her looks and she looks more like her dad and she was bullied and scrutinized for that. Must be very difficult for a child.
My friend and I met her in NYC a few years back. She has a show in an upscale club. We arrived real early because we still have to change to nicer clothes kasi sosyal ang venue. Nakita namin silang mag-ina, it was just the 4 of us. My kikay friend said hi and asked how they were. She didn't acknowledge us and kinda looked at us from head to toe and then turned her back. I still like her as a performer though kahit naisnob ako. Hahaha
what I noticed with kids/teens from gen z is they easily associate growing up to gender confusion hence, to being transgender kahit hindi naman sila trans. especially sa mga anak ng sikat na celebs, like jlo's daughter. i don't know, hindi dapat talaga nagta-transition kung sobrang bata pa sila because they may change their mind and realized na it's just them being rebellious, and then it's too late because they already used all those chemicals that altered them permanently. the purpose of adults is to put sense into your kids head. oo one thing na you are supportive because you want to be friends with your kids, pero if they're too young to make that decision the adult should be doing that for them. but what do I know, buhay nila yan, i'm just an outsider looking in. but this is just my two cents.
