And for sure, "Tatak Pilipino" was just one of his sources of income. Sikat pa ang Apo Hiking Society, that time, so marami pang siyang income nun. I was let go by my employer the day before my birthday. Hindi ako celebrity, so it's not as if that was just secondary income for me. It was my bread and butter. Jim, boo hoo. To call her "heartless" samantalang hindi naman yun primary income mo? Cry me a river.
Infairness naman maganda talaga yung Tatak Pilipino at kahit grade 3 lang ako no'n paborito ko yun at ng lola ko. Tanda ko pa parang inilipat pa yun ng timeslot dahil dati sa gabi yun at inilipat sa hapon. Memorable na episode sa akin ay mga lumang tv ads ang topic.
True. I also disagree with Jim Paredes. It's just life and sometimes you're dealt with an awful scenario on a special day or whatever. You cannot control what others do, say, or the situations that arise, but you can control your reaction and feelings. Charo was not cold hearted at all. She was not even aware that it was his birthday and it's not her responsibility to know, either.

Isa 'yang Tatak Pilipino sa mga favorites ko dati. Simple lang ang buhay noon; walang information overload. Maraming educational programs and you don't have to filter through senseless and time-wasting content. Mas focused ang buhay dati.
