Wow, CM! That's a HUGE responsibility. Can she even read technical plans?? Oh my that's scary for the part of their clients. Oh well.
You have to be really, really knowledgeable in architecture, civil, mechanical, electrical, sanitary plumbing engineering, material costing specially building codes to be a Project Manager. Sigh
Ha ha ha... i put a bandaid on my nephew's finger... so does that make me a nurse? :D :D :D Shout out to the real Project Managers who actually took classes and finished it with the correct schooling :) :) :)
I know someone na when I asked her what’s her job, ang sagot “project manager”. Just because nagpapagawa sya bahay nya sa pinas! Hahaha!
Engineering, design, and sciences are not things you just "learn on the job". Kadiri.
You have to be a licensed engineer to be a PM or CM, inday. Anong learn with me ka dyan. It’s not a simple short course!
Mag start ka kaya muna bilang construction worker,or mason? Tiga palitada ng semento. Try mo muna yon tapos tsaka ka sumucess bilang PM.
