Team Apple ako dito! After reading the exchange, Ira got herself into trouble because of her big mouth. She divulged a secret to a wider group of people without warning na secret lang. Inassume niya na they would automatically keep a secret. Anything unspoken is not to be assumed ate girl. Ira's been so noisy lately and always playing the victim card. With that aura on her lalo she won't land a decent job.
I feel for Ira. I was in this kind of situation before. Sinabi ko ang isang secret regarding sa issue namin sa boss namin sa close friend ko, unfortunately my friend’s boss is a close friend of my boss. My friend shared the secret to her boss who then spluk the said issue to my boss. I got outed by my boss sa whole group namin when my boss mentioned that she heard from her friend na may issue kami sa work ethics nya and that she’s not happy na nakakalabas pa yung ganung issue sa ibang tao not involved sa group namin. I felt hurt that my friend who I felt safe sharing inside information will go against my back and share the secret I shared (for her ears only) as someone who’s trying to relieve stress by sharing your sama ng loob. I talked to my friend and she said sorry cause akala daw nya that her boss will not shared that story because she only said the issue to her boss in passing, not knowing that her boss was taking notes. In the first place my friend should not have shared it to her boss bec I shared it to her in confidence. Alas, I told her that we can no longer do anything about it cause napahamak na ko and that magiingat nalang ako in sharing my sentiments next time cause I can’t be assured that what I shared will only be between me and my trusted friend. Sad lang cause the info I shared was meant to relieve my stress, unfortunately it brought me more stress! lol!
Again, ako din yung nagcomment sa issue ni buboy - kayo kayo lang nagkakaintindihan! Ang gulo. Para sa clout lang talaga ang game ng buhay ngayon. May mai-share lang para maging viral. If it is not affecting you anymore - move on na girl or if it is still affecting, face your bully directly. Usap kayo.

This kind of behavior happens everywhere and should never be tolerated. However, there is a proper channel and time to address such issues. It seems she still hasn’t accepted the fact that she was let go, and bitterness remains. Her post also appeals to pity.
If you look closely, she’s not much different from the person she’s criticizing—she’s now becoming a bully herself. Saying “Love and good vibes na tayo” while using every caption to tear someone down is contradictory.
Social media is not the right platform for this, and if I were an employer, I would think twice about hiring someone who behaves this way. This is basic—something clearly outlined in any employee handbook.
P.S. I don’t personally know the two girls involved.

And this incident with the Apple girl is super babaw to encourage hate and girl, hindi ka na-bully. Normal na nangyayari yang ganyan sa mundo. Lol
Bakit ang hn-highlight niya ay yung male newscaster, eme? Eh iba naman pala ang reason bakit siya walang work. Kaloka, 2018 pa yan. Hindi pa din siya nkk-hanap ng work? Hindi na ako mag research, pero nepo baby ba siya sa sports? Baka nakapasok dahil connections, tapos naligwak din. Kaya di makahanap ng work eh dahil hindi na gumagana ang connections.
Pinaglalaban nya hindi para sa kababaihan kundi ang pagkatanggak niya. Tingin ko naman alam nya na ganun kalakaran sa PBA (d ko sinasabi na dapat itolerate). Pero pag pumasok ka dyan dapat ready ka sa politics. I don’t think din na makukuha sya kung di sya anak niya Victor Pablo. Tingin ko nagcocomplain sya dahil hindi sa favor nya. Andaming magagaking na courtside reporters sa UAAP pa lang. magaling and maganda.
D ko siya kilala so naghanap ako ng videos nya. Kelangan nya din ievaluate sarili niya for growth and improvement. She’s not that good (voice modulation, accent, tone). Siguro nga nabully sya pero she needs to accept the fact na may mas magaling and mas maganda pa sa kanya na for sure yun ang kukunin kasi she doesn’t have both. She also keeps on introducing herself as the daughter of a former pba player. Let your work do the talking and let people discover na anak ka ni Vic Pablo

First dun sa male anchor and csr di aamin yun haler gagawin ba nila alanganin work nila syempre ilalaglag na lang nila yung isa lalo na may revamp sa work place nyo. 2nd yung tinanong ni girl kung ilan/ano ano games sya may work that is normal di mo naman sinabi confidential yung info mo kaw una dumaldal na wala kana work syempre sila nag iisip na rin. Ako nga nalaman ko tinangal kasamahan ko VA tas di ako namsg 2 days before mag end contract ko mabaliw baliw na ako. Same lang sa mga naiwan din yun stress na nararamdaman mo lalo na wala kasiguraduhan work nila

To be fair, I dont think being a PBA courtside reporter can provide you a longterm career, because let’s face it, the industry demands for fresh faces, younger ones with new talents to offer unless you are super good in that job which is more likely will retain very few senior talents.
Actually akala ko yung nasa right side ang bully. Si Apple pala yung nasa kaliwa na mukhang mahinhin at di makabasag ng pinggan. Hehe Most of us must be wondering why ngayon lang nagsasalita itong Ira. Na kesyo papansin or naghahanap ng mabi-blame. I understand where she's coming from. It must have been too late for her to realize that Apple did her dirty kaya wala na siyang chance na ipaalam sa colleagues niya kung ano yung ginawa sa kanya. Yes, this is common anywhere but we don't call it bullying. May mga taong kakaibiganin ka sa una, pero kapag nasense nila na magiging kompetisyon ka nila, sisiraan ka or ibebenta ka sa ibang tao. And in the end, they will come clean kahit sila yung bad guy.
And this is why tahimik na lang ako sa office. Di na ako machika ng tsismis like before. Kasi yung iba dyan lalapit lang sayo para sa chismis tapos ang ending i-name drop yung name mo sa iba.

I know Apple personally and have been a victim of her, too. Aminin ko na din na hindi worthy of a tiktok or FB post yung incident. After all 2 yrs ago na yan hahahaha BUT cant deny Apple deserves to be put in her place for once. Sorry Apple you finally found someone willing to go down your level. Time to reap what you sow 🙂
