    2. More than 5 decades of her body of work, accomplishments and accolades. Kahit yun latter years niya, she was doing quality indie films. Yun Mananambal nga eh gusto kong panoodin. Mukhang maganda. Sayang yun. Parang Maging Sino Ka Man na babarilin siya habang kumakanta. Ganda din niya dun. That was made during her prime and the peak of her career.

    4. She's international news because she's an international best actress!
Nora Aunor has the most international best actress awards and nominations of any Filipino actors. She is the only Filipino actress to win international awards from five different continents: 19th Cairo International Film Festival in 1995 (Africa), 1st East Asia Film and Television Award in 1997, Asian Film Awards in 2013 and 3rd Sakhalin International Film Festival (Asia), 31st Festival International du Film Indépendant de Bruxelles in 2004, Premio Della Critica Indipendiente in 2013 and St. Tropez International Film festival in 2015 (Europe), Asia Pacific Screen Award in 2013 (Australia) and the Green Planet Movie Award (North America).
Basahin pa lang nakakalula na. Now you know why, she's a superstar. Well, it's just part of it.

  26. No one can surpass her fame and achievements in Philippines showbiz. From being The Golden Voice to being the one and only Superstar. Her albums, movies, and her longest running variety show says it all!

  27. No one can ever replace her stature in the industry.

  28. The best ever. Watched Bona and himala, it is not just movies she did, it was art, it challenges our society’s consciousness . Shes a genius. I love hollywood films but hers are films every Filipinos should. be proud of. She even produced Bona, that for me was the greatest pinoy film ever.
