DeleteDi naman siya totally nagpahinga. Naglie low lang. Ang OA mo naman. Di lang sya ganun ka visible pero madami siyang mga endorsements at saka sold out concerts. ReplyDeleteCograts! I still remembee yung time na super lamlam na talaga ng career niya. Ung musical serye nya hindi pumatok, even yung movie nila ni piolo nag flop, pari ung weekly show niya nawala. Pero viva still stand by her and prinoproduce pa din siya ng concert, and true enough, nakaka sold out pa din siya ng concerts niya. Naging laman na lang siya ng media dahil sa issue niya with her mother and matteo. Then dumating yung Christmas season na sumikat bigla yung Tala na years ago na nya narelease.. i adore her patience and humbleness. Sana magkahit pa siya na malala.
ReplyDelete12:40 yes tanda ko lumamlam ng konti ang singing career dahil mas nag focus sya sa movies (Laida Magtalas-Miggy Montenegro Trilogy, one with Piolo, one with Coco, two with Gerald and may Rayver din, na mga box office hits naman pero hindi yung tiba tiba talaga ang kinita) so most of her songs were really covers, mga theme ng movies nya. Isa pa yung halos lahat ng naging leading men ginawan ng romantic angle to link her sa kanila. Buti nalang she decided to do a little reinvention sa music nya (though parang kopya pa rin kay Beyonce but at least nauna sya sa locals) pati sa imaging (mas mature and sexy). Started with Ikot Ikot to Kilometro to Tala and Duyan. Nabigyan ng new life ang singing career and nag-bloom din ang lovelife na mas bet ng tao kesa sa mga naunang na-link sa kanya.
DeleteNgayon, medyo nag lie low sya to really focus on her marriage to Matteo and ang mas dasal ng mga tao ngayon sa kanya is maging ok na sila ulit ni Mommy Divine (at di na masyado makialam sa buhay nya ngayon, both as a singer and sa lovelife nya), and hopefully, God-willing, ay mabiyayaan sila ng supling.

From the start you have been an inspiration and role model to many mula sa pagiging mahusay sa pagkanta, pagsayaw and eventually sa pag-arte, sa pagiging mabait at masunuring anak at kapatid, sa pagiging propesyonal mo na The Voice mentor at coach, sa pagiging mapagmahal na asawa, sa pagiging grateful at mabuting tao sa mga popsters at sa lahat ng nakakatrabaho at nakakasalamuha mo.
