Kasi many housewives tend to kids and their husband, fine nothing wrong wilt that also is commendable they sacrifice alot of themselves, selfless and all and then the husband cheats kasi napabayaan mo sarili mo. So sa mga wives dont feel guilty, if in a marriage u also alot time to care for urself and love urself for urself not ur man. Whether he leaves or not u are in a better position that way, mentally physically u can look after more ur kids and urself that way, whatever the outcome of ur marriage. Dont feel like u are being selfish and dont give importance to what other ppl will say. Its the right way to live, marriage and family life shouldnt change the way u care for urself pre married life.
Here’s my take. It sounds like an excuse but during the course of the marriage i was just too busy being a wife, a mom to 2 small kids and managing a small business. But when the husband moved out, i was able to manage my time better, for one i didnt have to think and take care of him— i feel thats already a lot of time and energy taken off my back. My kids are still young but of school age so I get to exercise while theyre in school. When my kids are spending time with their dad, i get to clean up in the house, have me time etc.
Sounds like an excuse i know, but there really is a time in a marriage and in being a hands-on mom that its difficult to find time for your self, but as they get a little older it becomes a bit easier to find time to “love yourself better/more” :)

When priscilla said im choosing to love myself, i think she was pertaining to her relationship with john. All out sya kay john dati. Now she chose herself naman and have some respect for herself. Yes to yes to pagtanggal ng processed sugar. I have the same diet with Priscilla except lang sa rice coz i cannot eat without rice. But yes to no more processed sugar and dairy. No more fastfood as well. My diet is more veggies & fish now & fruits na portioned lang din. Coffee is pure black, no cream & sugar. I went from 82kgs to 58. It’s been more than a year & im proud to say na maintain ko ang weight na yan. Sa una nakapahirap pero nakakasanayan na rin.
I’ll try this! I lost 20 lbs last year pero nalagas buhok ko to the point na maliit na lang ponytail ko so I stopped hehe. Yung diet nyo still has sugar via carbs so siguro mag carbs pa din ako basta hindi processed yung sugar
mas bagay kay priscilla a rich businessman or executive na non showbiz, who will value her worth as a woman. dump john estrada and never take him back. show your daughter what kind of men she deserves and what kind of when should be thrown away
