  13. Fondest memory of Chef Gaita was at Lusso. My friend and I are browsing the menu and are clueless on what to order since the menu was totally new to us first-timers. She approached our table (i guess she saw us helpless) and explained in a very professional, friendly and discreet way the menu. then she asked what our cravings are that day and pointed those that would match our appetite. That is gold standard service, people.

  16. So sad —— the Batchoy by Margarita Fores at Ramen Ron is the best Batchoy here in Manila — as an Ilonggo, I have been a fan.
