If wala naman kayong mga PCOS or other medical condition which make you gain weight uncontrollably, tbh, madali lang talaga magpapayat. Isa lang i-eliminate mo magbabawas ka talaga ng timbang and that is SUGAR. tested and proven ko na yan. Went from 82kgs to 58. It’s been a year since i cut off lahat ng sugar and proud to say na maintain ko talaga ang 58 na timbang until now.
Madali ipin point ang tatanggalin sa diet but mahirap iexecute ha. Halos lahat ng pagkain may added sugar. Hindi lahat ng tao kaya mag prep ng meals from scratch and may mga tao talaga na sweet tooth. So hindi sya madali at all, kelangan ng matinding disiplina

I think what 4:38 mean ay ung mga preserved and processed sugar. Kasi lets be real, hndi natin totally maaalis ang lahat ng sugar dahil lahat or halos lahat ay may sugar like fruits and vegetables.

The body cannot go like, this is sugar from fruit (fructose), this is sugar from milk (lactose), this is sugar from carbs (kumain kasi ng kanin or bread), etc — they’re just all sugars.
Im the original poster in this thread and yes by sugar i meant processed sugar. As in lahat yan tinanggal ko. I eat all kinds of fruits pero portion lang di na kagaya dati na kahit 1 kilo na lanzones inuubos ko. Now i only eat 5 pcs. Sa mangga naman, isang pisngi lang kung dati kahit 2 buong mangga kaya kong ubusin. Disiplina talaga ang kailangan but then again i understand na mahirap sya for those na mahilig talaga sa matamis. In my case kasi hindi rin ako ma sweets to begin with like chocolates and others kasi madali mamaga tonsilitis ko kapag kumakain ako ng sobrang matatamis. Sa prutas lang ako sobrang matakaw dati. And also, kumakain pa rin ako ng rice. Matakaw ako sa rice. But that’s it. Chocolates, milk tea, mga ganyan ang talaga zero na. Even my coffee kung dati di ako pwede pag di 3n1 ngayon pure black na lang.
I know mahirap pero it’s worth a try. Dahan dahanin nyo lang pag eliminate wag biglaan. Good luck!

I hope sarcasm lang to. Medyo offensive sa mga kagaya naman na on a strict diet not because gusto namin pumayat but because of serious medical condition.
Di lang naman siet kasi ang solution jan. WEIGHT TRAINING DIN. Trust me kasi I was 145 lbs dati, now down to 118 lbs within a year (although it helped na nasa 30s lang din ako). Mag pa plateau ang katawan - meaning masasanay - at one point - kung hindi iibahin or dadagdagan intensity ng movements or workout. Mas effective ang pagdagdag ng weights sa workout routine kasi they help burn carbs faster kesa cardio lang.
Cardio still burns the overall 'weight' faster, but resistance training (can include weights) helps retain or build more muscles and more importantly, loss fats.
120 kgs down to 80 now in almost a year. I've tried different diets and workouts, would work for a bit but won't stick. What worked? IF(16:8 & 20:4) alternate days + low carb/keto + no rice(if napapa rice, I eat black rice 1-2 times/month) + walks (15-30 mins 3-4x/week) + no sodas + I cook using olive and coconut oil + Tarragon tea before bed + weight training(just at home) for toning + dance workouts(home lang din) + yoga (2-3x/week). I'm 40 F 5'7🙋🏻♀️ Discipline & consistency talaga, dati kasi kulang ako nyan.

And the best talaga ung nago glow skin mo lalo face kasi tutuo palang nakakatanda ang sugar sa face. Makikita mo agad ang kaibhan when you stopped taking sugar sa coffee or tea or kakanin cake. Eat vegetables foirst kahit boiled with some salt may lasa na or kahit ginisang chopsueh papakin niyo on the side fish or chicken din. Mabubusog kayo nyan and you dont have space for kanin na. Basta unahin niyo kainin ang gulay last ang kanin if you are still hungry.. naniniwala na ako na sobrang nakakatanda ang matamia.
