Sila un mga GOAT at OG na actress na pure work ang pag aartista at respected ang craft. Hindi para sa fame or fortune. Though she both has earned it.

I can only imagine ganito din ang welcome ng mga hari at Reyna ng pelikulang pilipino na nauna sa kanya. FPJ. Susan Roces. Amalia Fuentes. Eddie Garcia. Dolphy. All bowing and welcoming the true queen of Philippine cinema. What a life, Ms. Gloria Romero! You deserve a standing ovation! Maraming salamat!

OMG Im an 80s and I love watching all her black and white movies being shown in RPN9 in the afternoon with my Lola . I find her very beautiful! Para talagang mala mahal na birhen sa ganda at delicate ng mukha nya. A wonderful actress too. Paborito ko ang movies nya noon with young Dolphy and Panchito, Juancho Gutierrez, and Ric Rodrigo. An iconic actress walang masamang balita about her, walang scandal intrigues or bad reputation. Well loved and respected by all. Hindi mayabang, hindi show off at hindi primadona. Ibang iba ang mga artista sa kapanahunan nila. Truly a class act!

I grew up watching her movies (in black and white) on RPN 9. My sister would watch it in the afternoon. Napakasaya ng movies nya. We enjoyed it. I was just 6 yrs old back then. I guess some of our values, we got it from watching her movies. I am already 58 years old and this news brings sadness to my heart. She's been a part of my growing years. She will be missed. I'm in my 50s and have the same experience watching old movies during summer afternoons. One of my favorites, mga movies ni Gloria Romero. Especially yung Hongkong Holiday kung saan kasama niya si Dolphy at Daisy Romualdez. Favorite leading man ko with Gloria is Ric Rodrigo. To me, she is one of the most beautiful and elegant among Philippine actresses.

I also had an opportunity like that, nakasabay ko sya sa grocery tapos yung anak ko kasi super likot, natumba ng anak ko yung buong cart namin na puno ng groceries, nagkataon padaan siya tapos natawa siya sa aming mag ina kasi sobrang frustrated ako na inaask ko anak ko how were you able to topple down an entire cart etc etc, ang sweet ng ngiti niya parang queen lang talaga yung pagiging regal niya but mabait yung mukha, kaya this is sad news
Hindi man ako kasing ganda at kasing tangkad mo ang gusto gayahin sa iyo ay an iyon long dress kahit nas bahay ka lang. Mayron na din akong iilang long dress na ggamitin ko sa akjng bahay when the time comes na magbalik pinas na ako. Pinaghandaan ko yan dahil gustong gusto kita .
Love her Tita Minerva character in Palibhasa Lalake especially yung tandem ng daughter niya don na si Cynthia Patag. She was respected too much by the boys especially Goma and Joey. But there was a time na nagulat si Goma coz he did not expect that Ms. Gloria will appear on a particular scene eh me isasaboy na water nabuhusan niya. No issues and mabuting tao.
Mga artista noon - hinde nagpapa-RETOKE! You can still recognize her beautiful face at 90! RIP Ms Gloria Romero & thank you for your many unforgettable movies.
