same yan sa mga contractual ordinary workers, sige na lng kesa no work.6 mos pang hanap na uli ng iba or ma-renew uli ng 6 mos. di ka nga kasali sa parties like xmas, regular employees lang.wala pang ofc uniform
Sino naman nag comment nyan? Nakaka offend yung sabihin mong nagresign ang tao after makuha 13 month pay. Or khit may alam pa sa story if its not ur story to tell pwede ba?
Siya yun influencer na pagsisikap is enough to get ahead in life.
Pati pa outfit check and sweet stolen moment kunwari ng jowa nya. Kaya iwas iwas nalang makita sa feed. K bye.
Wala atang trabaho yang nag comment or never nagka work. Kahit Anong buwan ka mag resign automatic may 13month ka.
Source: laborlaw.ph The 13th-month pay mandated by Presidential Decree (P.D.) No. 851 represents an additional income based on wage but not part of the wage. It is equivalent to one-twelfth (1/12) of the total basic salary earned by an employee within a calendar year. All rank-and-file employees, regardless of their designation or employment status and irrespective of the method by which their wages are paid, are entitled to this benefit, provided that they have worked for at least one month during the calendar year. If the employee worked for only a portion of the year, the 13th-month pay is computed pro rata.
Teh, depende yan sa status mo. For freelance workers or talents gaya niya, hindi applicable yan. Mukang ikaw ang walang trabaho or never nagka work. I'm a freelancer online and wala akong benefits. I'm not required to pay tax or make SSS or Pag-ibig contributions. Sana inintindi mo din yang sakop ng shinare mo from laborlaw.ph
3:31 ikaw ang walang trabaho o never nagka-work beshy. Hehe Yang kahit anong buwan ka mag-resign is applicable lang sa mga nagtatrabaho sa company as a regular employee. REGULAR EMPLOYEE, okay? HINDI TEMPORARY, HINDI TALENT, HINDI FREELANCER. Inexplain na nga niya eh hindi mo pa binasa at inintindi? Kainis ka. Hehe
Oi you are required to still pay tax even if freelancer. You have to register with BIR as self-employed. Unlike a regular employee wherein income tax is automatically deducted each month, freelancers need to pay on an annual basis.
3:31 - I agree. That is if eligible for 13th month.
5:24 Depends on the company teh. Acadsoc and RareJob didn't require teachers to pay tax. Bizmates on the other hand required trainers to register with BIR. I've worked for those companies.
5:24 No. There are companies especially online English schools teaching Chinese students na hindi nirirequire ang teachers magbayad ng tax kaya buo nakukuha ang professional fees. Kung hindi ka naka experience mag work online as freelancer, wag ka basta basta magcomment.
any revenue that you earn within the philippines should be taxed. That’s the general rule, so whether you are a freelancer or regular employee, you should pay tax to the BIR.
4:25 It's not just any revenue. It's not a general rule. My gad nagmagaling ka pa! Annual income below P250,000 is not taxed. Alam mo ba yun? Kahit silipin pa yan ng BIR kung ang kita mo naman ay below that amount, walang kaso or issue yun. I should know because I work for a Japanese online school. We are required to get business permit. And to get tax exemption, we have to submit a document every year. Below 250,000 ang kita ko as a freelancer kaya hindi ako nagbabayad ng tax, wala akong benefits na nakukuha sa company (which is considered my client), and I have to pay contributions to SSS, etc kung gusto ko (which I don't).
12:58 - yes, but as a general rule you need to file your taxes. if it's below 250,000 then 0% tax rate ka. ang point is dapat nakaregister ka sa BIR because anytime your revenue bracket falls above the 250k threshold, then you're subject to pay tax!
Bakit kadiri? Fair naman yan kasi talent siya which is considered freelancer. Normal yan sa ganyang set-up.
Not 6:18 but talent contracts usually involve high fees, especially if the talent values himself or herself a certain rate. For freelancers, as trade-off for not being regular employees, tinataasan nila rate nila pero walang security of tenure kasi nga hindi naman empleyado. The good thing about being a freelancer is the company has no control over your means and method — just the output — kaya preferred 'yan ng mga artista, influencer, endorsers, etc.
Dito din sa UK! Malalaki sweldo ng contractors. Usually ang ginagawa nila, they apply as a permanent employee then learn everything, resign and reapply as a contractor.
New year, New Work! Ok lang yan! If employers don’t value you, then resign. They’re not God, they’re just human beings with business and money. Never rely sa mga yan nor isalalay ang life mo sa kanila. Gawin mong maganda ang buhay mo, i separate ang life sa work.Hahaha!
I wonder if siya ang papalit kay Mara Aquino as host sa mundo ng mobile legends bang bang. I'm still rooting for Mara as a host.
And even if ganun nga ang nangyari eh ano naman sa iyo netizen?!? He deserves the 13th month if ever dahil based sa tenure mo yun. But then again wala naman syang 13th month so let’s forget it.
Really? A freelancer can have multiple jobs tapos may isang company na willing bigyan siya ng insurance. Come on!
Reality is if you are quitting do it around after bonus is paid. That's what mostly people do. Why not? You have contributed in the past fiscal year so only appropriate to wait for the bonus then submit your 2 weeks notice. Remember if you dont own the business, you are only as good as your last performance. You are just a number. You are replaceable!!! Give your 99% or 200% you will have a big chance to get booted out.
For real no benefits?
ReplyDeleteFor real teh.

For sure mas malaki pa rin nakukuha niyang bayad kesa sayo.
DeleteBakit kadiri? Fair naman yan kasi talent siya which is considered freelancer. Normal yan sa ganyang set-up.

Delete7:29 Simple. Kasi mas malaki ang bayad kapag task or project based. Isipin mo na lang yung mga artista. Hindi sila kumikita buwanan kundi per project.
DeleteNot 6:18 but talent contracts usually involve high fees, especially if the talent values himself or herself a certain rate.
