    1. I don’t get it. Bakit wala pangalan nya dun?

    2. 125, he is not nominated sadly.

  2. ayaw talaga nila kay jlo

    1. Di naman sya magaling.

    2. May recent film ba si Jlo?

      Delete
    3. Which movie. She’s just a so-so actress, and a singer. Ganda lang talaga puhunan nya.

      Delete

      Delete
  3. Demi Moore, Sebastian Stan hope they win.

      Delete
    2. Short attention span ka siguro 1:25

      Delete
    3. So it's not your cup of tea 1:25. Nakasanayan mo siguro yung may dialogue at exciting na flow.

      Delete

    1. Di lang gets ng brain mo. Masyado kayang complex.

      Delete
    2. Girl naman, fantasy adventure kasi yun. Ano bang ineexpect mo, mala Kdrama na may solid at logical storyline? Parang Ice Age lang yun teh.

      Delete
    3. Anong kailangan mong i-gets doon eh fantasy film yun?

  7. Super sad ako kasi wala si Angelina Jolie na ultimate favorite Hollywood actress ko, but she's very talented and I know she will get a nomination (hopefully a win!) sa future.

It's time for Demi to shine!! Also bet ko rin si Emilia. Di ko pa napapanood ung kay Cynthia and Fernanda. Si Mikey sa Anora sabi nila magaling. I think okay sya but it's not Oscar-worthy of a win kahit na nomination man lang. It's easy to find an actress that can cuss and scream as much as she did sa Anora. Nothing spectacular. Kahit pa man ipag-switch si Ariana and Mikey ng roles, kaya din ni Ariana makipag-sigawan and magmura lol. That's why I don't understand why frontrunner si Mikey from what I read online.

    1. Sayang si Angie but at least she already has an Oscar. She just doesn't choose the "right" projects that can make her shine. Agree ako Demi or Emilia Perez for the win!!! Mikey is overrated. Anora will definitely take home Best Original Screenplay.

      Delete
    2. No to Mikey Madison as best actress. The fans are delusional to think that her performance was that great. Anyone can nail her role.

      Delete
    3. Matagal nang may win si Angelina Jolie.

      Delete
    4. 1:45 To be fair with Angie, ang tagal niya rin hindi gumawa ng film and this is a new genre for her too. I somewhat disagree with “she doesn’t choose the right projects to make her shine” —she was spectacular and iconic in her roles from the 90’s-2000’s up until Maleficent. Maybe it just isn’t her time this awarding season

      Delete
    5. Huh??? Ariana as anora? Hahahahaha patawa ka girl? No to body shaming pero parang… anyways, gets mo naman 😂

      Delete
    6. Angelina should have won in Changeling. She was so good in that movie and naiyak ako sa movie na yan.

      Delete
    7. 10:02 girl kahit ako pasigawin and pamurahin pwede na rin as Anora. Mikey's acting isn't just that special. Saan galing ang body shaming ek-ek mo

      Delete
    8. 2:05 pinanuod mo ba anora? Ano tingin mo dun horror?

      Delete
  8. I think Ariana Grande deserves to bag an Oscar

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. 1:47 yup. I have never seen ariana grande shows before. But when i saw wicked, naisip ko magaling pala siya umarte. She owned that role

      Delete
    2. Hopefully! She indeed risked it all, including her marriage and reputation, for this film! She got so much hate bcos of her divorce, so I hope she’ll be vindicated if she ever wins an Oscar

      Delete
    3. Eeew shes a homewrecker

      Delete
    4. She was an actress before a pop star. Hello?

      Delete
    5. 7:13 so pag homewrecker bawal manalo ng Oscars?

      Delete
  9. Kaloka that Mikey is nominated when there are Nicole Kidman, Angelina Jolie, Pamela Anderson, and Marianne Jean-Baptiste who delivered more impactful performances than her. They can do her OA acting as Ani but would she be able to play their roles? I don't think so. The evil mom-in-law acted better!

    1. THANK YOU! Finally somebody had said it.

      Delete
    2. For me very natural nga acting nya eh. Parang stripper talaga hahahah char

      Delete
    3. Maybe that’s her interpretation of the character. I usually check the actor’s real personality and compare it with their performance. If it’s too similar then no, they’re not even acting.

      Delete
  10. Demi moore or Cynthia orivo for the win in best actress

    ReplyDelete
  11. The Wild Robot!😍🤖🦊🪿

    ReplyDelete
  12. Demi Moore for best actress and The Substance for best film

    ReplyDelete
  13. Why Gladiator 2 wasn’t nominated for best picture?

    ReplyDelete
  14. Didn’t get the hype for The Substance.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Same here! It looked like a music video instead of a movie. Puro closeup shots and exaggerated sound effects, parang ASMR videos except that it visualizes too much gore!

      Delete
    2. Dami nga plot holes haha

  15. nangangamoy oscar no.2 for adrien pero gusto kong manalo si ralph fiennes. about time!

    1. True. RF was really good in Conclave. Yung nuances nya and delivery ng lines were superb. I have yet to see the brutalist so I could compare the two actors.

  16. I’m sad that A Jolie didn’t get nominated.
I hope it’s Ariana Grande for best supporting actress

    ReplyDelete
  17. Baby Seb, let’s win this! Lol

    ReplyDelete
  18. I watched Emilia Perez maybe not my cup of tea. Im all for inclusivity and all pero di ko sya nagustuhan. I dont get the hype. Altho magaling yung lead actress and si Zoe.

Pero I think Ariana deserves the award. Zoe is a great actress, but this isn’t her best work.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Zoe was more outstanding in Avatar tbh!

      Delete
    2. saw zoe from netflix ung from scratch magaling sya doon

      Delete
  19. Wow ang daming ganap ni Timothee Chalamet! Nominated for Best Actor and 2 of his films are nominated for Best Picture.

    ReplyDelete
  20. What a big snub to Angelina Jolie’s comeback film. Power tripping nanaman kaya ito bcos of his powerful and well connected ex hubby?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. She has a new movie about fashion week so hopefully that one gets momentum! Angelina Jolie is a great actress ❤️

      Delete
    2. Trying hard kasi maging singer

      Delete
    3. 9:56 trying hard? Eh role nya opera singer? Teh wag sa ukay-ukay bumili ng brain next time.

      Delete
    4. 2:06 ayun na nga teh ang issue! Bakit daw sya ang kinuha sa role? Kelangan subuan ka pa talaga ng info? Hahahaha

      Delete
    5. 3:07 Cos she’s an actress, duh? Why not question other biopic films wherein they also casted male actors na hindi rin naman kumakanta —like Austin Butler as Elvis and Timothee Chalamet as Bob Dylan? Y’all just finding a reason to hate on a successful woman

      Delete
    6. 3:07 Except Austin and timothee both sing?

I love Demi Moore but the movie in general was such a hard watch for me (too bloody and borderline cringey).

    ReplyDelete
    Replies

      Delete
  22. Looking forward to Timothee and Kylie appearance at the Oscars. Haters gonna hate, pero kinikilig ako sakanila!

    ReplyDelete
  23. In my opinion, Timothee should have been nominated for Dune 2 and not The Complete Unknown. Baka mas malaki pa ang chance manalo.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I hope Ariana will win!

    ReplyDelete
  25. Can't get to watch Wicked because the two main actors are super unlikeable.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. How are they unlikeable?

      Delete
    2. I heard na maganda but yan din dilemma ko.

      Delete
    3. Especially homewreckiana. Oh wait, home wrecker din pala yung cynthia 🙊

      Delete
  26. Sobrang overrated ng mga nasa best picture!! To be fair, chaka ng mga movie lately noh?

    ReplyDelete
  27. Any reviews for The Brutalist? Classmates is it worth the time? TIA

    ReplyDelete
  28. Last year I watched all the Oscar’s movies, I was disappointed for some of them nominated for Best Picture. So far only the Flower Moon of Leopnardo Di Caprio has better review for me. Some foreign films too are disappointing. There’s other films last year that i watch who’s much better to nominated some that I did watch during TIFF most are foreign films too
