Sa mga may edad, aminin naten, minsan nga yung simpleng pagbangon sa kama, pag mali lang ang maneuver mo malalang backpain agad ang result.. oh well.. aging is inevitable..
Kapag may edad na tayo, our bodies are no longer strong compared to our younger self, but the mind is stubborn and thinks differently and we only push ourselves too much of what our body can take and this result to us having body sprain or other injury. Ingat rin
