Hence, she can post bail and be on temporary liberty pending trial. Lucky her, she was not indicted with the large scale estafa like neri.. that case is not bailable. Hence, neri is incarcerated pending trial, not unless she'll petition for bail, and the said petition will be granted by the court. Only neri can post bail.
