    3. Oo VIP. Nakapamewang eh. Hehe

    4. While these videos are good materials to support a visual story, the media could not publicize it as it is. News outlets are also bound to protect the rights of the parties involved, as stated in the Data Privacy Act. Faces of suspects in the acts of crime are blurred; the face of the victim is blurred as well. Unless there is consent from both parties (which are often unattainable during the time the video is obtained), then their identity cannot be seen.

      Delete
    5. CHR daw kasi may gusto niyan. Until proven guilty ata dapat blurred.

      Delete

      Delete
    7. Syempre may dahilan yan kaya naka blur.

      Delete
    8. yaan mo na, basta alam natin sya yan

      Delete

SABIHIN MO UN BATAS.

    13. The National Privacy Commission (NPC) reminds the public of the responsible sharing of photos and videos containing personal data.

Under the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), the processing or sharing of photos and videos containing personal information must have a lawful basis and must adhere to the general data privacy principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality.

LEGITIMATE PURPOSES ANG NEWS REPORTING AND BESIDES WALANG PERSONAL INFORMATION NA KINAKALAT DON. SA MGA FEELING ABOGADO DIYAN GAYA NI 12:18 AT 4:02 ANONG SPECIFIC PROVISION NG DATA PRIVACY ACT? WAG BLANKET PALUSOT HA

Ayan, seguro naman maiintindihan mo na yan.

    1. Yung kaso sa kanya is syndicated estafa which is considered a criminal offense. Penalty is more severe which could be several years imprisonment and hefty fines, lalo na if involved ang SEC.

Big shot si ate, big word yang "syndicated" eh! Char!

    5. 4:17 Mamaru ka jan.. nasa isang post na ni FP yung mismong kaso na posted ng SPD na 14 counts of Syndicated Estafa nga ang kaso ni Neri with set bail of 126K PHP for each count.

  6. 14 counts of violation of Section 28 of the RA 8799 or the Securities Regulation Code, which includes provisions on registration of brokers, dealers, salesmen, and other associated persons.

She is facing an estafa case in relation to PD 1689, which increases penalty for estafa "committed by a SYNDICATE consisting of five or more persons formed WITH THE INTENTION of carrying out the unlawful or illegal act, transaction, enterprise or scheme."

Syndicated estafa results in the misappropriation of money contributed by stockholders, members of cooperatives or associations, or solicited from the general public.

      Delete
    3. Shunga halata namang mah kausap siya kaya nga tinatapat doon sa police para marinig ng kausap niya, maybe it was her lawyer. At after basahan ng mirand rights, doon ulit nilagay sa tenga ang phone to talk to whoever that was. May ma-comment ka lang eh.

PS. not a fan nor relative of Neri

    4. Common sense naman po

  14. SEC investigations regarding violations are quite hard to refute kasi ang evidence nyan e galing MISMO sa defendant's submitted documents. Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws , annual reports etc. na violate nila neri (together with her incorporators) thru their actions ang SEC regulations and rulings. Parang tax evasion case yan, ang evidence mismo e nakakalap sa filed AITR, SALN and other reporting requirements. Those cases cannot arise from simple inggit lang ang nagkaso, may preliminaries yan bago pa maiakyat sa RTC for the issuance of warrant. Well, ang isang remedy na lang ni neri dyan is to liquidate her assets at bayaran yung mga nagkaso sa kanya, kung kulang man ang funds, pwde naman nila pag usapan ng installment payment scheme. WAIS naman sya sabi nya, now is the time maging wais to determine her best option to settle her legal issues.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Yes, baka di nya gets ang power ng warrant of arrest. Na kapag na serve ka nyan, sa presinct talaga ang tuloy, no other way but to go with the arresting officer. Kasi if she's aware kung anu ang warrant, she can call her lawyers at a later time.

      Delete

  21. Not to defend Neri pero it’s either caught off guard siya sa warrant kaya immediate reaction is galit siya, o yun ang defense mechanism niya still thinking wala siyang ginawang masama. Either way it doesn’t look good on her to act the way she did. Mabuti yung babaeng pulis eh malakas ang pasensya at professional. Di umubra yung attitude ni N trying to take it out on her who’s only doing her job.

So may strong evidence to link sa kanya kaya umabit sa ganyan.

  52. This is for all: only buy SEC-licensed securities dealers belonging to a service industry that is supervised and regulated by the government. These are banks, financial houses and the like. And always remember that if they promise a "higher interest" than what the market offers, it is probably too good to be true. Be wary of these sweet -talkers. Don't get intimidated by bankers. For starter-investors, you can begin with purchasing RTBs (or Retail Treasury Bonds).
