Yes but somehow, you also need to make sure na may ihaharap ka or ipapakita. U need to get all necessary information (sometimes even the unnecessary info). you can't go to war without armor/weapons.
Can't imagine tatlong branch tapos hindi na-audit??
Ken Chan can pay his business partners who lend him money for his restaurants, yun lang ang solusyon. It will solve his all problems.
I mean he can issue another statement but the case is already filed in court, and warrant of arrest is issued and its non-bailable offense.
Kahit anong sabihin ni Ken, marami tao ang hindi maniniwala sa kanya because the case is in the court with legal documents and legal complaints against him. It means may malaking money involved
The only solution i can think of, if he still has money - he needs to reach out those people who filed the case and try to pay them back. And ask them if they can drop the case for him or try another settlement payment.
Ken, you may have forgotten that the judge already issued a warrant for your arrest. This only means that the case has already been given to a judge. This was done after the prosecutor found probable cause to elevate the case filed against you. Your responses during the preliminary hearing did not warrant dismissal of the suit filed. Hence, this proves that a crime was made. Fight this in court and do not run away or issue statement that seems inappropriate for your absence.
Edi pati sila lugi?
Kalma, antayin nyo muna sya. Sagot sagot agad kayo jan then mali pala kayo, then tameme na kau. And I thank you.
This statement does not make sense, so yung mga business partners mo hinahabol ka to get their money and they are conspiring your business to fail. The fact na nagtatago ka and you have a warrant, you don’t deserve the public’s sympathy.
Unfair man sa tingin ng iba kasi hindi yan magagawa kung walang pera, but it is what it is.
Yan ang problema sa business. Mahirap mag branch out using other people's money especially yung hindi mo gaano kilala. These people expect return of investment..lahat naman ganun..pero at least kung kilala mo and the business failed eventually, walang sisihan.
Business is a risk. Minsan kelangan maglabas ng pera more than once to help the business.
It's not a good look na parang nagpapasarap ka sa America or kung saan man ka.
May kaso na nga about money, magpopost pa sya na parang nasa New York sya. Maiinis talga mga “investors” ng restos nya.………
Sa tingin ko, hindi lang ito pagkakaunawaan. This is why you should CAREFULLY choose your business partners. Sa umpisa, laging positive. Then mag ki create ng false hopes.
Ken, if I were you, kasuhan mo din yung businessman na yun. Sinira image mo.

Sana malampasan niya to. Pareho sila ni Daniela may pinagdadaanan now.

This doesn’t make sense.
