The only green screen eh yung winter dahil nga they came here sa Canada ng end of July - August. Summer pa po yon. Pero the rest like yung downtown, 17 ave, airport, Canmore (park na nasa trailer nila), school etc - actual na lugar talaga yon. halatang wala kayong alam sa Calgary at nag nit pick lang kayo ng mga details na ganyan para magpaka nega eh noh lol.

Wala siyang hugot sa pelikula pero nagandahan siya, sobra and can't stop talking about it. I am an experienced caregiver abroad and it hits the right spot for me. So kanya kanya yan. If you know how to empathize with other people's experiences, then you'll find something good in it.
Acquired taste ang movie katulad rin ng iba pang art katulad ng music. Hindi dahil pangit para sa isang tao eh pangit na rin sa lahat. See it for yourself. 😊

Ang ganda kasi ni Kathryn sa movie. Si Alden sa mata umaakting. Nagalingan ako sa kanya lalo actually. He is chanelling yung mga silent but meaningful acting skills ng mga hollywood actors. Look at his eyes, nandun lahat ang emosyon.
sanay ka kase sa hysterical acting. yung tulo lang ng tulo ang luha pero yung expression iisa. nope, Alden is more than that. he is so good in nuanced acting. mas nag connect yung mga eksena nya sa maraming viewers. his eyes says it all. tigilan ang credit grabbing pwede ba!
Ang ganda ng movie. Binabaan ko expectations ko para di ako ma-disappoint because I loved HLG so much. But HLA exceeded all my expectations. Napakagandang pelikula.

Without giving spoilers… i think this movie would be better kung mas binigatan pa nila yung conflict. May side conflict dun na pinresenta pero ambilis lang naresolve. That conflict should have been the main conflict kasi parang mas may challenge yun. This is in regards to Jennica Garcia’s character sa mga nakapanood na.

As a casual viewer grabe iyak ko kasi LDR kami ng hubby ko. Iba yung struggles ng mga OFW and I believe it was well represented in this movie. Kath and Alden were great. I still love HLG better though. ang Joross is such a start too! It’s super worth watching. It makes you realize and think about things.
The best Filipino movie we have ever watch. Even my wife who was not fun of watching pinoy movie was so impress and very much entertained by this movie. We are both nirses here in the USS kaya sapul na sapul ang mga puso namin. Thank you for thinkong of us (OFW) in making this film. Kudos sa inyong lahat.
6:09 I am not 11:20 but if you have been here in the US you’ll know that americans are not critical and of grammar and spelling. Yung importante sa kanila is you are able to send your message across. I work as a nurse in one of the best hospitals in the world . Minsan mali2x English ko or yung ibang Pinoy dito but no one will judge us. Hindi tulad jan sa Pinas na masyadong makalait ang mga Pinoy kung namali ka ng grammar.
10:29 kung nasa medical field ka okay lang ba mali mali grammar mo? pano kung maling message ma convey mo both sa patients at collegues mo? sa ibang field okay lang maling grammar di naman matter of life and death. Sa medical di ba may English proficiency test pang kinukuha?
To those saying the storyline of HLA is not that special well come to think of it, the storyline of HLG wasnt that special or extraordinary either but many people enjoyed it for how it was all delivered. I dont watch a lot of Pinoy movies kasi nakakapaso naman talaga, you spend time, money, and then you get disappointed. But I watched HLG in the cinema and then rewatched it 3 times since it became available on Netflix. And I enjoyed it each time. That movie was done so well, given the gasgas story of ‘we have the right love at the wrong time’. KB and AR and the whole cast gave great performances which made the movie great. I wasnt even a KB fan but I gave it a chance and they did not disappoint. Kathryn won me over since I was already an Alden fan. I think it will be the same experience for most of us with Hello Love Again. It’s like a song, people sing about the same heartbreak over and over again, but every singer has a different take on a heartbreak song, so even if gasgas na ang kwento we come across great songs pa din about the same stuff, based on how it is interpreted. Congrats to HLA excited na akonh manood kahit alam ko na saan papunta ang kwento. 😊
I’m not Kathryn’s fan not Alden before HLA. Pero wow ang Galing nila mag acting! The storyline will target the OFW’s talaga, kasi dito sa America at Canada very common yung situation nya. Specially sa Canada na need ng sponsor to be a PR. Na literal kahit anong work papasukin. And the humility of Alden’s character is so surreal! Humility because you have no choice
Madami pang magagandang Filipino films. Pagdating sa drama, family and ofws. Hindi lang sila ganun ka hype like alden and kathryn. Tsaka kulang sila sa promotion hindi katulad ng pagiging special treatment pag kathden.

Yung importante sa kanila is you are able to send your message across. I work as a nurse in one of the best hospitals in the world . Minsan mali2x English ko or yung ibang Pinoy dito but no one will judge us. Hindi tulad jan sa Pinas na masyadong makalait ang mga Pinoy kung namali ka ng grammar.
Delete10:29 kung nasa medical field ka okay lang ba mali mali grammar mo? pano kung maling message ma convey mo both sa patients at collegues mo? sa ibang field okay lang maling grammar di naman matter of life and death. Sa medical di ba may English proficiency test pang kinukuha?

DeleteTo those saying the storyline of HLA is not that special well come to think of it, the storyline of HLG wasnt that special or extraordinary either but many people enjoyed it for how it was all delivered. I dont watch a lot of Pinoy movies kasi nakakapaso naman talaga, you spend time, money, and then you get disappointed. But I watched HLG in the cinema and then rewatched it 3 times since it became available on Netflix. And I enjoyed it each time. That movie was done so well, given the gasgas story of ‘we have the right love at the wrong time’. KB and AR and the whole cast gave great performances which made the movie great. I wasnt even a KB fan but I gave it a chance and they did not disappoint. Kathryn won me over since I was already an Alden fan. I think it will be the same experience for most of us with Hello Love Again. It’s like a song, people sing about the same heartbreak over and over again, but every singer has a different take on a heartbreak song, so even if gasgas na ang kwento we come across great songs pa din about the same stuff, based on how it is interpreted. Congrats to HLA excited na akonh manood kahit alam ko na saan papunta ang kwento. 😊

ReplyDeleteI’m not Kathryn’s fan not Alden before HLA. Pero wow ang Galing nila mag acting! The storyline will target the OFW’s talaga, kasi dito sa America at Canada very common yung situation nya. Specially sa Canada na need ng sponsor to be a PR. Na literal kahit anong work papasukin. And the humility of Alden’s character is so surreal! Humility because you have no choice

ReplyDeleteMadami pang magagandang Filipino films. Pagdating sa drama, family and ofws. Hindi lang sila ganun ka hype like alden and kathryn. Tsaka kulang sila sa promotion hindi katulad ng pagiging special treatment pag kathden.
