Ang ibang bansa may halo-halo version din alam nyo ba? Japan has anmitsu, Korea has patbingsu. Indonesia has Es Teler/Es Campur, Vietnam has Che Thai, Thailand has Sa Lim, Taiwan and HK have grass jelly and fruits with shaved ice and coconut milk.
Walang tamang version ng halo-halo. It's all just fruits with shaved ice and milk.
Excuse me, but halo-halo is not a version of any of those. Baka nga yang patbingsu pa ang gumaya sa halo-halo. Puro native sa PInas ang ingredients ng halo-halo at hindi tropical country ang korea at japan so what makes you think na mas nauna pa silang makaimbento ng dessert na pampalamig sa hot climate?
