Winner doesn’t look queenly and classy. There were other women much prettier and better than her. Indonesians are very hungry for a crown and will do “anything” (business-wise) to get it.
@4:35 agree! But okayyyy.. pero wait bakit Miss Cosmo? Bago sa pandinig ko. Sorna. Yeah I am living under a rock.
Indonesians pa talaga ang sinabihan mo ng very hungry for a crown. How ironic. Ilang pageants na nga sinalihan ni Ahtisa?
Sheesh, I don't really get your obsession with pageantry. Way to go for putting another woman down just because she is not your bet. What a sore loser. Magsamasama kayo nina MMD.
Hindi ako nanood even in YouTube This is Pinoy baiting at its finest Para lang mapag usapan Probably needed more Media mileage at the expense of gullible Filipinos online Kung talo eh di talo Move on
I agree with Miss World dahil pang MW beauty nya pero it's time na we Filipinos face the painful truth, walang credibility ang Miss Earth. Not only yung magkasunod na panalo at yung 2017 din, pero yung pro-environment kuno pero may pictorial sa golf course at yung fact lang na it costs a jet fuel to get to the event, ironic na.
Maybe it's just me but the fans of Ms Philippines seem a tad too sensitive. I listened to Ms Indonesia's comments and I don't think there was anything offensive in what she said. She was asked a question that had nothing to do with Ms Philippines and she gave an answer. She was talking about her own experiences during the pageant. To say that she implied something or was making a veiled reference to Ms. Philippines is stretching it. Some Pinoy fan are being too subjective and reading too much into what she said. Minsan feeling ko masyadong sensitive yung ibang Pinoy. Hindi lang overly sensitive pero kulang din sa reading comprehension. and maybe they lack an understanding of figures of speech in English- na automatically akala mo patama dun sa kandidato nila hindi naman pala. Plus even though Ms Indonesia seems very articulate in English, we have to remember that's not her native tongue. Those were the words she chose to express herself.
Correct.
It’s a shade. Very specific ang atake nya. If you didn’t follow miss cosmo or the candidates, it will really seem na hindi para ke ahtisa. But, there are fans thas knows.
6:12 hindi mo ata napanood yung buong interview from the question to her answer. Clearly, si Ms. Philippines yung pinaparinggan nya. Ikaw ata yung mahina ang reading comprehension. Mahirap yan teh.
"Common sense dictates that she was shading Ms. Philippines, plain and simple. Unless you’re too slow to notice it." Everything is subjective. So now you're saying that people who think otherwise are slow and lack common sense?
It appears like pinanood lang ni 6:12 yung interview without knowing the context kasi hindi niya nasubaybayan yung entire pageant activities. At least ngayon informed na siya. Lol.
True. Ahtisa is just a pretty halfie. Rehearsed din mga interviews niya So many intelligent women around the world. Filipinas should be more educated before joining international pageants. Puro scripted sagutan.
True. Kaso I think this issue will go from bad to worst. Scoreboards are out and Kim Duyen gave Ahtisa the lowest scores. All judges gave Ahtisa a good score except her. Okay lang yung low pero lowest and highest for the Indonesian and her fellow Vietnamese? Questionable.
Hala not being classy and walang empathy. Eh kung kailangan and napagdesisyunan naman talaga ipahinga. That being said, as a sports physician, sometimes if it's a really important game (elite athlete tas championship, make or break tas star player), a conversation has to be made with the team and athlete. If talagang kailangan and kaya and more or less walang long term consequences of powering through, we do give pain relievers like pain reliver patches and IV medications so they can perform at their best. But maybe malala nga yung sprain kasi hindi pinapa apak/pinalalagyan ng bigat. May grades kasi yung sprain.
Jusko! Aminin natin, hindi na uso yung "know when to peak" eme. Yung 2, Thailand at Indonesia, nagla-live during their makeup session. In this day and age, hindi na uso yung know when to peak!
If only Filipinos put the same effort towards the Olympics, getting Nobel prizes and voting for the right candidates, then we’d be more respected around the world.
Nanalo na nga, may pasaring pa? Sinong pageant girl in her right mind ang gustong ma-injure at di makasali sa mga important events? Nobody likes an arrogant winner. Si Pia yung nanalo (Miss Universe yun ha, top tier pageant) wala siyang sumbat na ginawa sa lahat ng nangbash sa kanya, which makes this Cosmo winner’s actions cheap.
Winner doesn’t look queenly and classy.

Questionable yung beauty standard nila. Vietnamese is top list for beautiful woman and they choose this one.
Delete@4:35 agree! But okayyyy.. pero wait bakit Miss Cosmo? Bago sa pandinig ko. Sorna. Yeah I am living under a rock.

Move on
Truly! Nagiging relevant sila pag may Pinoy engagement!
DeleteAy not a good example si ate. Not so queenly ang attitude ah.
ReplyDeleteSana Miss Earth or Miss World nalang hunv sinalihan ni Ahtisa..lol..Miss Cosmo parang magazine lang..lol..Super downgrade.

DeleteDi queenly atittude. But she’s smarter and have bubbly personality than Ahtisa.
ReplyDeletePinoy Pageant Addicts are always s””e £*sers. Pageant lang yan. Focus on more important things in our society.

ReplyDeleteWatch the videos.Ms Indonesia did not offend Ms Philippines

ReplyDeleteIt seems to me that she just simply made a general statement.
ReplyDeleteAhtisa can’t even win in the Philippines, why would anyone think she can win anywhere else
ReplyDeleteI agree. Her q&a in MU 24 was mediocre
DeleteTruth.
DeleteDo not join cheap pageants.
Jologs.
ReplyDeleteHindi queenly yung aura nya. Yung aura na pang-barangay beauty pageant lang.
DeleteKetut talaga pangalan nya? I Kenut!
ReplyDeleteIt’s an Indonesian naming system. Please educste yourself before commenting like this
DeleteI don't know if there will ever be a time where Philippines would stop patronizing these cheap beauty pageants. It's so third world!!!
