I’m fed up with this “there are 3 sides…” or even 2 sides… You know, sometimes, there really is just 1. Accept the fact that there are evil people and there are innocent victims. No other sides. Abuse is often black and white, not grey nor have many sides. Toxic filipino mentality kasi.

I think we know what happened based from the hearings and documents. Now, ano ba talaga charged - that is the question and the legal technicalities will apply. Regardless of the outcome, I hope Sandro will remain emotionally strong .
What if nakitaan talaga sa court na walang pwede or minimal lang pwede ikaso ni Sandro? Matatanggap kaya ng mga tao? Na trial by publicity na yung dalawa
If oral kasi ang nangyari, ano bang proof ang makikita? Just because it was oral, it doesn't mean rape didn't happen. Oral is still rape if the other person did not consent.

Ayaw ibalik yung down payment niya eh inurong nung owner yung sa pag sale ng property. It took more than 10 years to finally have a verdict. Ang nangyari pa natuloy yung pagbenta ng property sa kanya sa price 10 years ago eh ang laki na ng tinaas ng value ng lupa. So etong kay Sandro matagal pa yan.

saw this article update din about this case.. it appears na wala silang solid evidence regarding the alleged incident kaya sila nag-ingay sa senado hoping for a public trial kaso wala ding napala at nagsayang lang ng public funds yung nga kaibigan ng tatay nya. 😮💨 whatever Sandro is up to sana alam nya ginagawa nya.
I believe he was sexually harassed but I think rape is reaching. Sobra pang nasensationalized then nung lumabas yung mga supposed na evidences, hindi nakatulong kay Sandro.
