    7. Lol. Kung nag wowork out naman siya everytime, those weights are definitely lightweight for her (progressive overload) and familiar na katawan niya on how to properly execute this kind of exercise (proper form and muscle memory)

    8. Misconception. Kung sanay ka gawin yan it is okay kahit buntis. I know someone na mas payat pa sa kanya pero nagbubuhat kahit pa buntis.

      Pero siempre iba iba ang bawat tao factor din ang age. Meron kahit maglakad lang bawal.

      All this nakikita nio na nagbubuhat sa clearance from their OB.

    11. At this point, super papansin lang ni 12:02. Nakailang anak n yan and never miss her gym sched, and yet ok nman sya and her babies. Ilang beses na sya na feature dito sa FP. People shold never be suprise about this and here you are. Ugh🙄🙄

  3. May point naman sya. Ang only absolute contraindication pag buntis are contact sports that may cause falls or abdominal trauma or sports that may cause the bends like scuba diving or free diving. That being said, every pregnancy is different and case to case basis pa rin and have that conversation with your doctor about continuing with your exercise program or what exercises you can do. Personally did weights with dumbells and kettlebells and walks up to 4 kms a day until term and was the same age as Iya then with my only kid. -sports doctor

  4. Wow, I just saw Aling Nena sa Kanto lifting her paninda on top of her head plus four bags in two hands, and I don't think she consulted her OB about it :D :D :D

  5. May video ako noong buntis pa sya sa second child nya. Side by side kami nag work out na may kasamang barbell. Mas malakas pa sya sa akin kahit ako yung hindi buntis lol

    Hindi na ito yung first time na ginawa nya ito so dapat keri lang
