Its pretty normal to do this on your IG. Promote the brand, acknowledge their invite even when you're not able to attend. It's polite. Anyone making a negative interpretation out of this does not understand politeness and brand promotion. VS is going to appreciate that she promoted them and that she let her followers know she and VS are in good terms. Doing this is good for H's own reputation with brands too, they know she will promote them if she likes the brand, if the brand is good to her and interested to work with her. She hustles even when sick through this.
