If the dog bite a customer pwede bang sabihin nung resto na wala silang responsibility don since sa labas ng resto nila nangyari? I don't think so. It's not only the responsibility of the resto to provide food but make sure that their customers are safe when they enter and exit their area.
Assuming may rules nga sila against pets eh ang mali sa ginawa ng Goto eh ung illegal detention at grave coercion. Hindi siya pinalabas ng room hinarangan ng 2 HR persons ang pinto at pilit siya pinapirma. Hindi ung pet ang issue but ung illegal termination without due process and illegal detention

Para sa kin, mgfeed lang sya ng stray dogs after his shift. Not during work hours or breaks. Hygiene din pinaguusapan dito. Food handle nya eh. Ang pinapakain b nya tira tira lang ng customers or kumukha sya ng food ng resto para ipakain? Harsh lang yung punishment, sana strong warning lanc. But then again, hindi natin alam king first offense ba yun or repeated offenses na.

If the employee was given a warning, he wouldn't dare feed strays during his shift because it would affect his work. HR handled the situation wrong, very very wrong.
