UPDATE: According to an Army officer who spoke TIMES on condition of anonymity, Pastor Apollo Quiboloy came from somewhere in North Cotabato and moved to Davao passing through the old airport and back at the hangar. He was then brought to Manila through a C-130 plane.
In a chance interview this evening outside the KOJC compound, Atty Dinah Tolentino declined to provide further details regarding the surrender of Pastor Quiboloy.
When asked why Quiboloy was immediately brought to Manila, EastMinCom chief Lt Gen Rex Luis Bergante explained it's for crowd control.
Earlier this afternoon, AFP Chief of Staff Gen Romeo Brawner confirmed to TIMES about receiving a request from the PNP for a C-130 last Sept. 5.

An arrest is a serious event. I have this little niece, even if talagang nag iiyak na siya, I would go, baby selfie tayou. She wipes her tears, makes ayos her buhok and smiles. Tapos after balik iyak. Hahahahahaha.
