    2. national pa lang ata to then ilalaban sila sa buong asia..

    3. 8:57 more than 4 years na sila.

  2. Congrats JM! This is his second Asian Academy Awards win. He was also the national winner Best Actor for his role in Init sa Magdamag.

    1. Mismo! Kaya pga questionable. Di Ito based sa merits, palakasan lang talaga

      Delete
    2. Kung palakasan nga as you say e paano nanalo si Kokoy de Santos. Halos walang masyadong nanood nung movie niya. Medyo controversial pa yung topic. Atsaka GMA Sparkle artist yan.

  8. Congrats Kokoy de Santos for Best Actor and Your Mother's Son for Best Feature Film. Ito yung mga quality projects that may not be noticed that much by the public kasi walang fan service but are recognized by award giving bodies.

      Delete
    3. National pa lang yan. Meron pang buong Asia. Like un ke Vice Ganda, nilaban sa buong Asia at nanalo siya.

      Delete
    4. Nominated in four major award-giving bodies including Gawad Urian for her role in AVGG. Sino ka naman dyan teh?

      Delete
    5. Shut up, Kathryn hater. Dun ka sa idol mong irrelevant.

Like si AA nanalo twice dahil always present sa events nila while sila DD and DT ng kabila never sumipot kaya never din nanalo kahit regional man lang.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Paano sisipot e wala namang awarding ceremony sa national level. Yung main awarding ceremony ay sa Singapore. By that time, matagal nang naannounce yung national winners.

      Delete
Ung isang award na nanalo siya is from another country called ContentAsia Awards. May judges pareho dyan to select the nominees & winners from different countries…πŸ™„

      Delete
    3. 8:55 of all actors naman, si arjo atayde pa talaga ang kukuwestunin mo sa awards. Ok ka lang? Lol

      Delete
    4. Paano sisipot e wala namang awards event sa Pilipinas. Inannounce today yung national winners for Phil and mag cocompete sila with other national winners galing sa ibang bansa. Tapos sa December sa Singapore yung main awards show.

      Delete

      Delete
    6. 8:55 accla, deserving nman c Arjo. Nakakaloka!

      Delete
    5. National kasi hahaha! Meron rin representatives yung other countries sa December pa yung awarding. Naloka ko sayo ng very lightπŸ˜†

      Delete
    6. Reading comprehension pls. "National Winners" nga oh. If you want to check the winners sa ibang countries at makakakalaban ng mga andyan sa listahan go check their website. πŸ™‚

      Delete
    7. Syempre "NATIONAL WINNERS" nga. Sila nanalo all over PH at nominated naman sa Asia. Sa Dec pa yung main event at kalaban nila iba't ibang countries all over Asia. Research2 muna bago kuda

      Delete
    8. comprehension is the key...

      Delete
    9. Meron yatang category for Pinoys only. Lol

      Delete

      Delete
    11. 9:07 reading comprehension is the key. Napaghahalataan naman.

  12. At least dito hindi fans yung bumuboto. Actual members ng industry. Atsaka by invitation yung pagiging voting member. Similar sa Emmys and Oscars.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies

      Delete
    2. 1:03. Tumfact! Nominees can vote themselves if they also have nominations. That's like buying your own award.

      Delete

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Awards these days no longer matter, maliban na lang kung Oscars yan or Emmys.

  17. Forevermore was Alden's best performance sa MPK. Glad it won an award!

  18. Kathryn pinagpala! Ikaw na tlga!

  19. I’m not trying to stir up drama, but the Asian Academy Awards really needs to consider how they awarding. They get people involved in regional events, and then it seems like those same folks end up getting nominations. These people or organizations pay for the entry fee and it's not a small amount of money. It’s not as obvious as the Star Awards, but you can definitely see how it might influence the voting process. Plus, it’s kind of strange that some nominees are also jurors. How is that fair when they can vote on their own nominations? Just something to think about!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies

      Delete
    2. 3:47, sino itong actress at newscaster? Kaloka!

      Delete
    3. 2:19 parehong kaH. Sikat si aktresa.

      Delete
  20. I hate to rain on your parade, but the ACA is hardly a prestigious award show. Like many others, it appears to be rigged. If it weren’t, why would they charge nominees entry fees of around 25,000 pesos? It seems more like a scheme designed to line the organizers’ pockets.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. +1. They don't see it as a need. Sayang lang resources.
