    1. The audio here is not clear, so you cant say. Pero minsan kasi we easily adapt the accent of the person we’re speaking to or we are with.

    2. Siyempre depends on where you are, artists especially, are good at picking up accents.

  4. May point naman si teh.

    1. 12:43 “Wala siya masyadong ginawang project na Pinoy” because she’s booked and busy doing international broadway AS A Pinoy! Di pa yan enough for you? 🙄

    2. She dont like singing tagalog songs

    3. Nakakatawa yung acting nya sa Sana Maulit Muli

    4. 1:08 sinabi niya sa yo?

    5. Agree siya sa yo if you watch the video

    6. Kaloka kayo. Meron kasing National Artist for Theatre, medyo nagisip lang naman ako ng slight kasi mas deserving sya sa mga nagawaramg ng nat art for theatres . Anu ba akala nyo for movies or music sya magiging national artist?

      Delete
    7. 1:08 it should be
" She doesn't like singing Tagalog songs."

      Delete
    8. Hindi sya deserving. Buti naman alam nya sa sarili nya.

    9. 1:06pm pero yung pinag uusapan pa rin sa guidelines ng national artist is yung "output" ng work mo and body of work mo na malaking impact sa filipino culture which is mgs works ni lea mostly ay sa abroad

    10. I agree that her acting in Sana Maulit Muli was not commendable coz siguro nasanay na siya sa west end or broadway that time. But saying na she doesn't like tagalog, I kind of disagree. If napanuod nyo The Voice where she was the coach, siya palagi ang umiikot if may kumankantang Tagalog especially yung mga kundiman songs.

    11. 12:42am it still doesnt follow. Unless may magawa siyang original filipino work or original role na iconic dito sa pilipinas. Wether sa CCP's tanghalang pilipino or sa PETA. Ayun magiging possible.

Basa-basa pag may time, wag yun puro kuda ng wala basis.

    13. I think bata yung nag post na Lea doesn't like singing Tagalog songs. Check out her older albums. Marami siyang Tagalog songs doon. Mas kilala lang siya for singing Broadway songs and songs in English.

  6. I agree Dolphy is a national artist

    6. Facifica Falayfay in YouTube so old na pero galing, ahead of its time talaga

He's not the King of Comedy for nothing.

    8. I disagree. I'm a bit older than Lea and spent my summer childhood watching old movies in the afternoons after noontime shows. Marami akong napanood na movies ni Dolphy. Andiyan na rin ang John en Marsha. That is how my generation remember him. Nagsimula pa yan sa vaudeville. Have anyone watched "Ang Tatay kong Nanay?" He was not called King of Comedy for nothing, acted and produced a lot of his works via RVQ productions

    9. Remember his career started sa vaudeville in the 1940s. The man is a legend.

      Delete
    10. Baka di mo lang inabot 1:07.

      Delete
    12. Have you watched his old films? Parang lolo ko na si dolphy but pinapanuod ko minsan yung old films nya at nakakatawa naman. from janitor naging extra siya sa films dati hanggang nakita talento niya sa pagpapatawa. Apart from him, wala na atang nakapantay sa comedy nya. TVJs, Vhong or sino pang mga comedians these days ay di nakatapat sa talent ni Mang Dolphy. Di basta2x magpatawa ng tao kaya he deserves this kind of recognition. Yes, tumatatak Home Alone the Riles at John en Marsha and if you watched it now, nakakatawa pa rin.

    15. 743 I think you mean Gen Z. Millenial ako and childhood ko si Dolphy. Cried hard when he died because he was one of my childhood favorites.

  9. Well that’s Lea’s opinion but it does not mean that we can all agree. We all have each other’s view & opinion . We can agree to disagree

  10. hmph! ang daming pelikula ni dolphy where ginawang katatawanan ang mga gays. sangkatutak na mockery. tapos sa huli ay biglang nagiging lalaki. this is espousing conversion therapy na reprehensible.

tapos toilet humor pa, no wit, not smart humor.

  11. Majority of the people making up the committee that decides who becomes a national artist are not from showbiz.
Kaya karamihan na mga nagiging national artists are architects, painters, writers…..
Mababa tingin nila sa mga actors and actresses. 🤷🏻‍♂️
