Wala naman nakakahiya sa live selling. Marami ding ibang artista na gumagawa nyan and nope, hindi sila naghihirap by doing that. Ang nakakahiya is yung gumawa ng masama sa kapwa like mang scam o mag panggap na pinoy..yung lumaki sa farm at laging walang maalala
Out on bail? So it took him a long time to gather money? Nakita ko may gofund me din yung kapatid nya? 11 months hindi sya nakapag bail? I cant understand, if no money maybe they can borrow from friends and family
Court hearings take ages to be scheduled. Dun sa March update pa lang may 23 court hearings na daw scheduled up to June. Each hearing costs a lot of money. Wala namang fixed amount ang bail sa estafa kaya dun palang magtatagal na sa kakahearing if pwede ba magbail or not. Tapos if ma-grant un more hearings pa how much. The last bail hearing was in July; it took more than a month before the decision was handed. Anyway, bail was around P3.6M.
Normally, hindi siya pwedeng magbail because of the offense charged against him na non-bailable. Mukhang napayagan siyang magbail dahil the evidence of his guilt is not strong (which is only determined after the prosecution has presented its evidence).
Mukhang naestablish na the evidence of his guilt is not strong after nakapresent ng evidence ang prosecution.
3:17 if you cant understand, maybe it not really for you to understand. Or prolly you need to be more grounded to realize that not all artista or normal people have access to big sum of money.
Baka maraming charges. Pwede kasing bawat investor, check, etc., separate charge. So kung multiplied by dozens of charges, it will really add up. At kung non-bailable yun case originally, kailangan pang mag petition for bail muna (meaning additional lawyer’s fees) which should be granted before makapag-bail.
I just want to comment on the reason why it took Ricardo 11 months to post bail. I do not think it was a matter of him being able to raise enough funds for bail. As a lawyer, my best guess is since the charge was SYNDICATED or "large scale" estafa, there was initially no bail imposed by the judge since the filing of such a crime is non-bailable (unless it can be proven that the case against the accused is not strong).
In this instance, it probably took 11 months of hearings for the court to determine that, as a brand ambassador of the company in question, the case against Ricardo is not strong since he was not directly involved in the operations/management of the company. As such, he was allowed to post bail.
How much kaya bail nya..at bakit inabot ng 11 months bago sya nakapag bail?
ReplyDeleteHindi naman sila mayaman.
DeleteKasi non bailable. Nag hearing pa para sa bail
Deletesipag ng asawa niya mag live selling ng mga bag, kahit sikat siya as model before talagang di siya nahihiya. Praise God!

DeleteSo happy for this couple😃!!!❤️ You can see so much love and joy between them. God bless you both🥰
ReplyDelete@3:17 Easy for you to say... typical Marites behaviour.

ReplyDeleteThank you for the straightforward answer.
No bail recommended yan na nakasulat sa warrant of arrest.
ReplyDeleteThank you God!
ReplyDeleteWhich one Sis?
DeleteHow is he finally free if he is out on bail lang?
He is not the mastermind
DeletePero out on bail lang. Meaning di pa tapos ang kaso.
Deletesame question. if out of bail lang meaning may kaso pa din. pag sinabing innocent meaning makakalaya yan ng walang bail posted.
DeleteFree from being detained for now but may kaso pa rin na haharapin whose outcome is yet to be determined.
DeleteGood news ito! Wala naman talaga siyang kinalaman. I dont know why it took 11 months.
ReplyDeleteLarge scale estafa is non-bailable so nag-bail hearing pa yan kaya tumagal ng ganun bago inallow finally mag-bail.
ReplyDeleteTo God be the glory! Happy for you Sir.
ReplyDeleteNow that's love and sacrifice.
