Hirap ata maging friend to si Rica. Kung ano yung friend niya mao offend ako

    2. 840, true! She’s the one with an issue and sounds so defensive.

      Delete
    3. You could have politely asked your friends to change venue since inappropriate yung outfits nyo. There are actually restos that have dress codes.

      Delete
    4. Celebrities do wear Birkenstock excuse me. Pricey un ah lalo na yung leather nila, pinakamura dun 5k. Hindi siya pang street kid.

      Delete
    9. 12:02 ok ka lang? That's bad etiquette. Rica could've researched prior to coming

So what? Other non showbiz peeps are also wearing those, but we still know na it’s not for high end restaurants.

    11. 1:43 duh out of the question na ang peke. Un plastic na Birkenstock mura lang. Un leather talaga mahal

Unless yung cheaper Birkenstock plastic tinutukoy mo.
That's why I don't buy the plastic ones. Mas okay ang Havaianas pang bahay. Nagiistick sa paa magaan pa. Comfortable which is the real purpose ng tsinelas.

    5. 12:09 fan of havaianas ever since. The best! Pinaka comfortable & versatile. pangbahay, travel, beach, shopping, etc. Umaraw or umulan man sa pinas, no worries sa havaianas.

    1. Naalala ko tuloy nung grade school ako, yr '09 or '10, kasama ko best friend ko that time.

  7. Kaya never go to public places na parang pambahay look.
Bakit naka slippers?

    1. Ay wag ka. Go to Town (Alabang Town Center), Molito, or any pasyalan in that area and you’ll be surprised of how majority of the people dress up.

      Delete
    2. It’s not being judgmental. It’s basic etiquette and courtesy to other diners.

It doesn’t need to be branded as long as it suits you and presentable ka sa tao.

    ReplyDelete

  13. Fancy or not ang pupuntahan, I always make sure na presentable at malinis ang anak ko. Yes kids are kids, nagdudumi pero pwedeng linisan. Dyan makikita ang pagiging nanay mo

    ReplyDelete
  14. Sana hindi mo na lang pinost. Bothered ka rin na napagkamalan kayo eh.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Ang dugyot lang. D nililinis yung tsinelas nila. Proud pa ipost.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Walang birks yung anak ko. Pero hindi dugyot. Lol
Your out with your friends at kakain kayo. Hinayaan mong ganun kadumi? Pwede pong linisan.

    2. 1:42 Northies, easties, and westies can’t relate sizt. Hahaha! Sila kasi postura lagi at bihis na bihis pag pupunta sa mall.

    3. 7:23 hindi mo ba nakita gaano karumi yung suot nilang Birks? Yun lang ang issue ko. Pero the shorts and shirts, ok na yan. Lol

      Delete

  20. She's always so defensive. Wala naman nagtatanong or nagsasabi na street kid yung anak nya.

  22. Birks and crocs… they’re actually cheap here in the US, nobody even cares. Well she’s in the Philippines so probably thinks they’re the only one who can afford those cheap stuff.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Birkenstock is not cheap it’s always more than $100. Crocs ang cheap

      Delete

      Delete
    3. Crocs usually cost around $50 bucks here in the U.S. Pag sale around $30-35. Birks around $100

      Delete
    4. $100 is cheaper than the signature brands.

      Delete
  25. I dont think napagkamalan street kid. Baka iniisip mo lang yan Rica. The staff was asking you perhaps kung kasama nyo, kasi baka nakakaistorbo sa table nyo yung anak ng ibang customer.

    ReplyDelete
  26. I don’t think it’s about their looks. Pwede kasing makasakit yung stick na dala nung bata. Baka nahiya na sitahin nung waiter at baka sya pa ang ma bash. Maybe he’s subtle saying na paki hinahon yung batang kasama nila at baka makasakit ng iba

    ReplyDelete
  31. Ah basta happy yung bata na magpa tumbling tumbling at maglaro ng stick hahaha!

    ReplyDelete
  32. So feeling mo nyan rica humble kana kasi naka tsinelas ka sa FANCY restaurant tapos ung mga friend mo maarte kasi naka burberry?

    ReplyDelete
  33. Firstly, Crocs and Birks are not LANG because mahal din ang footwear na yan. The problem was not what you were wearing. It was how clean or tidy you looked when you steped out of the house to dine with your friends. And what’s with the stick??

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  35. Wala namang problema kung simple ang suot, kung branded o hindi as long as malinis. An unbranded but clean tsinelas is so much better than a pricey but sobrang duming tsinelas.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Pano naging toxic ang comments? Eh sabi nga ng karamihan eh hindi about sa brand ng tsinelas or damit. It's more on how you present yourself in public, especially in fine dining restaurants.

      Delete
    2. 4:19 girl, binasa mo ba lahat ng comments at inintindi ng mabuti? Most of them are saying na kahit anong suot basta malinis at presentable sapat na. Si Rica actually ang matapobreng hampaslupa kasi pinagmamalaki niya na porke naka-Birk at Crocs they can get away eating at a fancy resto.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Good thing, kse masaya sila sa ginagawa nila, walang naapakang tao.

    ReplyDelete

    1. pwede yang ganyan kung nasa house sila, the problem is nasa public place. So people expect them to dress appropriately and the children to behave accordingly

      Delete
  39. Ang gamit khit luxury brand yan or from ukay ukay, depende Ang kalalabasan kung cno ang magsusuot or magdadala. Nasa nagdadala yan

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  44. I don't think the staff has issue with their footwear. Si Rica lang actually ang nag-assume na it must be the footwear. More logical reason is the stick her son was carrying. It's not something parents would usually allow their son to bring in such place. So akala nila siguro batang nakapasok lang yan sa establishment at walang kasamang magulang, hence they ask kung kasama nina Rica. The question isn't really offensive nor judgmental. Masyado lang sensitive at assumera si Rica. Nakakatawa lang na some people here think na pagiging matapobre ang commenters when in fact, it came straight from Rica's mouth. SHE was the one who actually called her son a street kid.
