    3. 4:29 masyado kang pala decision, she is trying to lose weight the healthy way, by doing it with the healthy diet with exercise she is more likely to keep the weights off, kesa sa quick fix surgery na you can develop complications like adhesions, scarring, dumping syndrome and if you over eat, yung gastric stapling nya will fail dahil ang pouch will re-expand.

    1. Haha. Exactly. She is been saying that since forever. Parang yung high school batchmate ko, laging nagppost ng nag ggym. Pero never pumayat. She is not super fat naman for her to have a hard time losing weight. Kakaloka lang talaga na post ng post ng pag ggym nya pero for many years, malaki parin tiyan nya. Hilig pa mag swimsuit or cropped top. 🤦‍♀️

  19. Discriplina lang yan.Pag may pera ka, its easier to eat HEALTHY! Minimize/eliminate sugar, bread and rice! And stop eating out as most restaurant food are very unhealthy ( lots of sodium, msg and sugar)! Then exercise at least twice a week!

  20. Unlike normal people like us, she has all the time in the world to workout because she has no responsibilities. She also has all the money in the world to enrol in fitness classes, buy healthy food items and engage the necessary medical professionals. Takang taka lang din ako KC.. why? Anyway, good luck girl!

  25. Useless yang mga yoga at pilates na yan if your goal is to lose weight. Lift weights and hiit ang kailangan. Yoga n piltes are for maintenance na lang sa mga slim
