Key word is as long as you have money. What's the point of living in Singapore when it doesn't have free healthcare.Singapore is more of a tourist destination
11:21 Yes pero among the benefits of having a Spanish residency is being able to travel around Schengen, no need na sa Spain ang entry unlike an ordinary tourist visa. Having an residency in EU also eases visa applications.
1117, sabi nga ni 1121 sa comment sa taas, iba ang residency sa citizenship. I don’t know the exact benefits of holding a residency in Spain, but in general, those benefits are specific to the country alone. No visa needed anymore to travel to where you are a resident. Your benefits are the same, if not MOSTLY the same, as their citizens. To give you some context, green card holders in the US are residents. Hindi pa sila US citizens, so if you are a Filipino, Philippine passport pa rin ang hawak mo kahit green card holder ka na. In Singapore, PRs (permanent residents) are the equivalent of green card holders in the US. There are countries which allow dual citizenship, others don’t. Check mo na lang online if you want to know more about these things.

Delete1046, and what’s the problem with how you become a resident of other countries? As long as it’s not illegal, what’s your issue?
DeleteNothing wrong with lots of hard earned money. :)

ReplyDeleteIba ang residency sa citizenship.
DeleteResidency card does not equate to citizenship. Wala pa syang spanish passport so need parin ng visa
DeleteDi pa siya citizen ng Spain, teh. kung may Spanish passport siya pwede
DeleteHindi! Resident lang sa Madrid.
DeleteBasically para kang may Schengen visa plus access to other non EU countries that accept that visa.

DeleteResidency lang po yan, not citizenship. Karamihan naman ng ofw may residence permit/card. Iba pa yung permanent residence.
DeleteShe got a permanent residency. It's like the green card in the US. Not citizenship.
DeleteNope, residency lang yan. It’s different from citizenship.
