  3. This is why i love going to "garage sale" sa mga rich and famous villages :) :) :) Their kids wear these very expensive clothes for a week then sells them for cheap ;) ;) ;)

    1. Psst. Secret ko yan. Hahahahaha. Hindi lang kids but people and their things sa exclusive villages in general. We have a viber group for used things by residents in our subdivision tas lagi kaming naka abang ng husband ko. Got a 2008 Chanel Hobo for 5k two years ago and sold it for 10x the price. Alam mo naman mga penoys as you call them, agaw mata and covetable pag sumisagaw yung brand. Personally, mas useful samin yan for kids toys. Got whole original sets of Paw Patrol, My Little Pony kasama pa mga castle, cars etc for less than 1k. My kid doesnt mind. As long as it works, like kumpleto pa yung canon and ibang bala masaya sya. And she'll outgrow them anyway. No use in spending 10k++ for original toys she'll use only for a couple of years.

  6. Hello, classmates. Would you let your kids wear designer bags/stuffs at such a young age? I'm not picking on Dahlia ha - I understand that she's a celebrity kid (baka endorsement purpose ung CD bag). I'm just curious. Is it normal nowadays for kids to know and wear designer stuff?

    3. It’s their lives, stay in your lane.

    4. Nope. Keep them grounded. Travel with them instead. It is much better for their development.

    5. Hindi iyan normal. Depende iyan sa pagpapalaki ng magulang. My daughter is almost 17 yrs old. May mga bag syang di branded so minsan i will offer her to borrow some of my luxury bags pero ayw nya muna. She doesn’t like using it kasi di daw sa kanya. But sabi nya maybe soon. She feels she’s too young to use it.

    6. Nasa caption ni Anne na yung bag ni Dahlia diyan ay actually from her. In short ipinamana lang niya kay Dahlia or pinasuot lang niya for the shoot.

Gucci is affordable to the upper middle class and attainable for the middle class. Pansinin mo, the people showing their most fave luxury bag rarely includes Gucci.

    8. Normal yan sa Singapore except sa nagwawala part.

    9. I buy my daughter's clothes from a second hand shop(we're based in Toronto) mabilis sya lumaki and I can't justify buying her expensive items (above $30 is already expensive for me lol). But I do invest in good shoes.

    10. Yes normal yan sa mga can afford. My daughter is 10 and she has 6 kate spade bags already (yung mga cute na sling bags nila) and isang coach. Pero eto sa outlet ko lang binibili. Hindi sya high end designer like gucci pero i guess factor talaga dyan yung spending capability ng parents plus the environment she’s in.

    11. Wala ako anak pero kapag meron na, I'll get my children any bags they want as long as within reason ung price at hindi pag-arte arte na luxury brand.

    12. Depende sa pagpapalaki yan. I dont have a daughter pero may niece ako, wealthy family sila, pero hindi bumibili ng designer stuff. They put money on travels out of country sila pag break ng bata sa school. I would say naumpisahan siguro ng parents dati, the daughter appreciated the attention from the old and young, now she wants high end stuffs more kasi nakafeel sya ng validation from everyone. Im scared for the parents. Baka next nyan Chanel na ipabili

    13. if they can afford it, why not. i don’t see anything wrong with that.

      Delete
    14. Normal for rich folks. Pero yung nagwawalang bata there's something wrong na.

Tsaka sa question mo, for me NO. Pero sa can afford, why not? Money naman nila yun. Pero yung magwawala just because.....dina normal yun for me.

      Delete
    16. We do, kasi mas matibay.

    17. It depends on the parents. Meron kasi yung afford talaga nila at literal na puro designer clothes ang anak kahit 4 years old palang.

    18. Most likely the parents use those designer items so nkikita nia at the same time if the kids classmate owns those type of brands na at such a young age may peer pressure na dn kaya siguro ngwawala.. normal sa affluent families to own such..

    20. It’s their money their rules 🤣

    21. Depende sa values ng magulang and pagpapalaki. I still have a toddler but I don't plan on giving her or letting her have access to luxury goods. Until she has earned it, has shown she knows the value of things, and appreciates it, ekis yan. Kung merong magbibigay, itatago ko muna for her.
Nung medyo tumanda ng konti dad ko gives me luxury watches occassionally which started when I graduated college, med school, etc and other milestones.

I won't name it but sa isang exclusive girls school mga elementary naka prada bag and other kids want to keep up.

Same goes with me, I’ll let her use my mini bags as long as hindi soft/calf leather dahil madali magasgas.

    23. I know couple of parents who does this sa kids nila and they’re all nouveau riche

      Delete
    24. imho…no. kaya till now wala silang hilig sa designer stuff. quality counts, not the brand.

  8. Anon 1:29AM, it really depends on the upbringing of the child. Admittedly, I am materialistic, which I am not proud of. So I made sure that when our daughter was growing up, she wouldn't end up being materioso like me. She never threw tantrums in stores while shopping,. Now, she doesn't care about shopping or designer stuff. She is happy with things she receives. Lahat ng hindi ko magandang ugali, I made sure hindi niya makuha or gayahin.

  10. Well as for this photoshoot, pwede naman gamitin ni Anne yun bag na ginamit ni Dahlia. Nasa pagpapalaki naman ng magulang yun. I dont know about sa anak ng boss mo bakit dinala nyasa gucci na yung anak nya na feeling siguro everytime they enter a boutique e need nya bumili just like her mom.
