I dnt think they need each other. I think it’s coz a lot of people can relate to the story. Julia did great with Carlo movie that’s why they have a follow up. Joshua never had a movie doing well until he is back with Julia. He admitted he couldn’t w/o her. Hopefully this will be the beginning for their comeback and maybe paired with other people, a good story really helps.

Girl, remain ko lang flop mga series ni Joshua from Viral to darna, mama susan na neve heard sa prime at yung mega flop na fruit cake😂. Buti pa yung expensive candy ni Julia no 1 sa prime Philippines at indonesia ng isang taon.
May mga tao na overrated online, pero pagdating sa actual na gawa, hindi nasusuklian yung hype. Yung mga fans naman, sobrang taas ng tingin na parang napakalaki na ng na-achieve, kahit sa realidad, hindi naman ganoon kalaki.
Sila yung LT pre-Pandemic na ang galing galing umarte, mas magaling pa keysa sa mga leading LT’s at that time, pero lukewarm lng ang success dahil sa ilang issues nila as an individual, particularly kay Julia na andaming galit. But if only viewers can separate their hate, pwedeng sila ang biggest hit.

Yung story nila sakto lang. Actually, they could’ve done much better if medyo nilaliman nila yung plot and hugot ba ng story. Pero ang maganda talaga for me is yung acting nilang dalawa. Hindi sila takot na masira ang expression ng mukha nila lalo na kapag umiiyak at nagbibitawan ng linya. Plus, iba talaga chemistry ng tandem nila.

Agree. Story is just a bit shallow. What i also like is their acting. Ang galing nilang dalawa. Their tandem/LT was/is an underdog. Mas magaling pa nga sila keysa sa mga leading LT’s eh.
