Korte talaga ang tamang venue. Nino Muhlach kasi paligoy ligoy ang desisyon sya humingi ng tulong sa mga action stars sa senado para lang makapag grandstand. Hindi naman yan matutulungan ang anak nya. Ugali pa ni jinggoy pnupwersa na magsalita si sandro nagtthreat pa.
Kung alam na nila na may ganitong kaso, ano ba talaga ang pinaglalaban ng senate? Sa akin, ok kung makagawa sila ng maayos na batas dito. Dapat sabihin nila. Hindi namn kailangan idetalye ang lahat ng nangyari or pilitin sila magsalita kung meron ng case na ongoing dito. Kung ano lang maisheshare nila siguro pro yung sapilitan sumagot parang hindi tama.

DeleteFight or flight is an old concept na. Its proven that a person's response to trauma is no longer just about these to responses. There's fight, flight, freeze, fawn or faint. In Sandro's case it seems that he froze when trauma was introduced, and fawn when he was faced with a possible threat.
There's no excuse for partaking drugs, but it also does not mean that anyone has a free pass to rape you because of it. Just as what 1:12AM pointed out, even if you were completely naked, it does not give anyone a pass to rape you. The accused are not brainless animals who act on instinct, they are humans with intelligence. As such, those accused took those actions knowing full well that they are taking advantage of a person. Therefore, they need to be punished and the victim afforded his justice.

Si Sandro naman, ang mistake nya is to trust these guys who, in this situation, are like his bosses. Siguro eager sya to get to their good side, initially siguro he wanted to show them na cool sya. They took advantage of him. Maliwanag pa sa sikat ng araw yan.

They blame Sandro na kesyo bakit ka pumunta, bakit hindi ka tumanggi, etc. They forget to ask why the two much older men used their power (and drugs)to take advantage of someone younger than them. Let's not forget the fact that Sandro is 23. TWENTY THREE YEARS OLD. A NEWBIE in the business. Put yourself in his shoes. Imagine you're 23 and a newbie para maintindihan niyo yung perspective niya . It's easy for someone in their 30s or 40s to say dapat di ka pumunta or dapat tumanggi ka because we're not at that point na sunud sunuran pa tayo sa mga boss natin, or ganun tayo ka-eager na mag-advance sa career natin.

Kaya lang sa totoong korte based on rules of evidence ang daming loopholes na pwede i argue mg mga lawyers mg mga accla lalo na puto salaysal lang ni sandro tapos di naman sya pinilit mag drugs. Pwede nila sabihin ay nagusap kami tatlo sabi namn payag ka pero drugs ka muna bago natin gawin mga ganyan tapos after matauhan si sandro na malsawa pala ginawa sa kanya. Mga ganyan peedr iargue ng lawyer etc. Sa court kasi it has to be beyond reasonable doubt to get conviction. Anyway ma acquit man ang mga accla sirang sira na sila sa publiko daig pa nila ang na convict gang korte suprema! I think yan din ang goal ni sandro.

Kasi they want to know some info kung ayaw magdetalye wag pilitin. May korte tayo para malamn ang totoo. at lahat ng tao may karapatan, kahit may kasalanan ka may karapatan ka pa din.

Sana korte na lang talaga kasi yung mga tao hindi naman nakikisimpatya talaga, gusto lang mag marites. Naaawaa ako dun sa bata kasi recorded to eh. Habang buhay na nasa internet l. ReplyDeleteKung alam na nila na may ganitong kaso, ano ba talaga ang pinaglalaban ng senate? Sa akin, ok kung makagawa sila ng maayos na batas dito. Dapat sabihin nila. Hindi namn kailangan idetalye ang lahat ng nangyari or pilitin sila magsalita kung meron ng case na ongoing dito. Kung ano lang maisheshare nila siguro pro yung sapilitan sumagot parang hindi tama.
