May justice prevail!

    1. I've learned to judge peoplr kaagad agad.

Having seen a lot of fake allegation lalo na nun kasagsagan ng #metoo

Not saying it didn't happen just saying I will not be quick to judge.

    5. Ang tumawag sa kanilang GMA executives yata are the blind items

      Delete
    6. What difference would it make if independent contractors sila or not? The important thing is tuloy ang kaso and investigation. This happens not in GMA only but also in ABS dati Pa. Good thing someone finally stood up.

      Delete
    7. @2:31AM, I get what you're saying but the fact na sinabi nung accused na akala nila "nag-pa-pa-book" yung actor means talagang may naganap. Of course those two gay guys would try and say a different story. The mere fact na they invited the actor in their hotel room is already a red flag!

Akala siguro nila game at di mag iingay

      Delete
    9. Sa blind items naman galing yung GMA executivesot from GMA mismo. And yung independent contractors that is the correct term kasi per project ang sweldo ng mga writers.

      Delete
    10. Bakit naman sisirain ni Sandro reputation nya? Di nila kailangan ng pera

      Delete
    11. Tlaga ba 2:31. I rish ni Sandro ung kahihiyan nya for publicity? At his young age gusto be nya ng perjury?

      Delete
    12. 10:06 though independent contractor sila, “principal”parin nila ang GMA, kung baga “agent” sila ng GMA sa mga projects, so an act of the contractor is an act of the principal. Sabit parin sila.

      Delete
    5. 12:30am, girl anong pinagsasabi mong sandro is lucky he has the means?? Lucky??? Yes kawawa ang ibang biktima but hindi porket may means pamilya ni sandro, he is less a victim..………..

    6. 211 Di mo siguro gets sinabi ni 141 Kaya Ka ganyan

      Delete

      Delete
    8. 2: 11, kulang ka ba sa comprehension?! Wala namang sinasabi si 1:41 na kailangang i-normalize. Sinasabi lang niya yung tingin nya eh totoong nangyayari. Eto naman o.

    9. Di ba may ganyan ding issue sa Kapamilya involving Gretchen Fullido? Ano na kayang nangyari sa kaso?

      Delete
    10. 6:47 That was sexual HARRASSMENT iba sa kaso ni Sandro and infer naman, the network never intervened sa mga legal actions ni Gretchen. All the accused party have been fired or nag-early "retirement", name rhymes with STRESS.

  5. if Addressing them as 'GMA executives' when interacting with artists is a misrepresentation if they are, in fact, independent contractors. pero hindi pwede mag hugas kamay ang GMA, kasi ngayon nga si Roque sinasabi sa kanya sa senado na “an act of an attorney is an act of the principal. kaya may pananagutan ang GMA nito.

    3. 12:32 So by your logic ABS din may pananagutan s alleged sexual harrasment kay gretchen fullido by their executives?

      Delete
    4. The alleged incident happened after the gala and in a different hotel. GMA had no knowledge of what transpired. So bakit at paano sila may pananagutan?

      Delete
    5. May pananagutan ang GMA only if they are aware that this happened (or has been happening) at wala silang ginawa/ginagawa to prevent it. Hinay hinay lang sa pagbibitaw ng words especially because the investigation is ongoing.

      Delete
    5. @1:21 you were not there when those gruesome things took place so why would you conclude right away? Tama naman si 12:36. There are two sides of the story.

    11. @2:36 Educate all of us. Pag ba Consultant means not a direct employee of the company?

      Delete
    12. @1:28 and @1:11 a consultant is not an employee of the company. A consultant or independent contractor is paid for his services but not paid with benefits, leaves etc such other things an employee gets. A consultant may have a separate title pertaining to his role, such as a manager or head or specialist of whatever, but he remains an independent contractor.

Consultants are still redering services sa comapny. Utak nila o experties ang pinapakinabangan ng TV network o ng anumang private or even government organization.
Pero all of the above mentioned, empleyado pa rin.
Clearly, by using the word "independent", dumidistansya ang network, nilalaglag na sila to make it seem na "hindi namin empleyado yan no". Pero they are.

And this applies to all networks, pati ABS.

      Delete
    2. Again, it has something to do with network war kaya ganyannreaction ng iba as if its already gma's fault, pansin kl, mostly nagpupush ng executive marrative ay mga faneys ng kabila, acting line theybalready know the whole story. May the truth and justice prevail.

      Delete
Anong tawag doon? Eh di hugas kamay

      Delete
    6. They are creative head and creative consultant.

    7. Mga Ignacia fanneys very vocal but when scandals left and right sa kanila tahimik sila. The double standard

    8. ???? Anong klaseng mentalidad yan? This is an issue that pervades the entire industry. Sino ba ang industry players? GMA and ABS. Pag may kalat sa bakod ng GMA, they should be held accountable. Same thing kapag sa ABS. This is not about network war. This is about a talent being sexually harassed and possibly raped by an exec during a company event. Eh sa pangit talaga naunang statement ng GMA na they have not received a formal complaint. Di man lang nagreach out sa bata at sana gsnun ang statement "we have reached out to the persons involved in the rumors circulating" kahit ABS pa yan, dapat talaga may accountability sa workplace. Tigilan niyo yang network war mentality.

  14. In the US workplace should be harassment free, regardless of employment or contractual.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Regardless of terms ‘independent contractors’ vs ‘executives’, they are in positions of power and influence, due to their close affiliation to the network. Although innocent until proven guilty, these accused individuals should be ‘suspended’ while investigations are ongoing. Therefore, they should NOT be working on any projects of the network and should not be paid. The network is still responsible to uphold morality and ethics across all people working for them.

  16. Independent contractor ng GMA but still mananagot ang dapat na mga managot

  17. I dont understand the hate sa GMA. None of us were in that room that night aside from the 3 people involved. So GMA knows as much as we do. Isn’t it proper journalism to conduct the news as unbiased by delivering the news as certain events progresses? They’re not withholding the truth kasi di din naman nila alam diba.

  26. @2:31 am. It's not about judging people hastily.

It is about listening muna to the side of the victim. That is the first step kasi if no one would believe them or at the very least listen to them, no person assaulted will ever speak up for fear of other people shutting them down.

Ang hirap na nga magopen lalo na when livelihood is at stake. Tapos ang una pang magiging instinct natin is to doubt them?

Who knows baka wala na din ung cctv footage by now.
