Dito sa japan iniencourage din kasi perineal massage weeks prior sa due date para magwiden ung birth canal at hindi mahirapan manganak ng normal. Pero to each their own. May mga mommies na kontodo makeup at nails. That’s what they want for their own personal reasons
to anyone who got pregnant before, totoo bang need dapat clean nails during delivery and no nail polish? napa isip tuloy ako since nagpost sya with the baby na freshly done nails.
