    6. Hindi naman sya trans. She was born woman na may prob sa hormones. As far as I know hindi sya trans.

    7. Hindi po siya trans. May female private part daw ho sya, kaso mataas ang testosterone level nya.

    9. @2;35. Di sya trans. babae sya. allegedly however may lumabas daw na xy chromosomes sa test nya before. pero minsan kasi di mo masasabi if may genetic disorder lang. for example, may pinanganak na girls na may xxy chromosomes. tapos marami ring hormonal imbalance, sif may pcos ka pwede tumaas testosterone mo

    12. Mare, google is your friend. Algeria doesn't approved of Trans women competing in any sports. She's a biologically woman.

    13. These commentators and influencers like JK Rowling are fixated on trans women to the point where they've had to invent a trans Olympian and fabricate a controversy. They claim their anger is about “biological men” infiltrating women’s sports, but the reality is they don't actually care about the sports themselves. If they did, they would know that Khelif had already competed in the Tokyo Games, where she lost to Irish champion Kellie Harrington.

The truth is that there is no indication that Khelif did anything wrong. She has not been accused of doping to boost testosterone levels, nor is she transgender. She was born female, as was confirmed by the IOC. The real scandal isn’t Khelif’s presence at the Olympic Games but the hatemongering from JK Rowling that could cost the Algerian athlete her life.

      So much for protecting women.

    14. This is just ridiculous. I feel so bad for the real woman. Her body must hurt so much.

    3. i agree! wala namang nagbabawal sa mga trans to participate in sports pero kahit anong lahi pa yan 100% sure ako, biologically born men are physically superior than a biologically born woman. dapat kasi may sariling category na yan sa olympics since they are pushing for "inclusivity" like boxing - trans(w/m) para walang issue katulad neto.

      Delete

She's NOT TRANSGENDER (a person whose gender identity is different from the sex they were assigned at birth). She was born female, raised female, has female sex organs, didn't undergo hormonal replacement or any gender transition process/treatment. What she has is a medical condition where she has XY chromosomes, no fault of her own, and debatable pa sa qualifications sa sports.

    7. 1:58 ikaw ang magbasa. dalawang trans athlete yan na pinayagan sa women's boxing. are you saying pareho sila ng condition?

      Delete
    8. 1:58, if the boxer has XY chromosomes, then he is a male. There are medical cases like this, born female, also raised female but the truth is d lang fully formed ang male organ. They are there, the boxer knows it too and he knows dominant ang male traits nya

      Delete
    9. If she has XY chromosomes, at mataas ang testosterone niya, anong tawag sa kanya?!

Kebs how she waa raised. Genetic chromosomes dont lie.

    10. Our chromosomes defines our masculinity/femininity features. The fact that he has the male chromosomes, he has the strength of a male. If its a beauty pageant, it might be ok to compete but boxing??!!! Common sense naman!

    11. Di niya kasalanan na pinanganak siyang may XY chromosomes. True that.

It does not change the fact na lalaki siya biologically.

  4. Tama si JK Rowling pero kahit anong sabihin ng trans pag dating sa sports they still have the male genetics. It's not discriminatory to say na don't allow them to join women's sports kasi their body is built like a male. If you allow trans to join women's sport magiging trans nalang ang mga athletes and women who were born females including lesbians can't join kasi hindi sila makakapasok sa qualifying rounds.

Based on that, considered siyang male by the International Boxing Association (IBA), so na-disqualify siya sa World Championships. But since hindi IBA ang nag-assess for Olympics, na-clear siya to compete for female division.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Agree with JK Rowling 100%. No matter how much hormones they take and what surgery they get, they will always be males. They will always be physiologically different from women. To allow them to compete as a women in sports is just wrong. Identifying as a woman does not remove their Y chromosome and the brute strength that comes with it. Their sense of identity is all in in their head but the strength and physiological traits they have will always be MALE.

  23. IOC (Int'l Olympic Committee) funded a research published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine found out that trans athletes could be at a physical disadvantage compared to their cisgender counterparts.

    Some of the findings:

Testosterone levels do not predict athletic performance or overall athleticism.

Conversely, social elements such as nutrition, training regimen, and equipment accessibility significantly influence an athlete's performance, but are frequently disregarded in policy formulation.

It's imperative to integrate both biomedical and social scientific insights into policy-making processes. However, there's a tendency to prioritize biomedical research excessively, which can compromise the overall well-being of athletes.

-- etc.. madami pang findings inside the reasearch, its a worthwhile read. JK if you're reading FP sana mabasa mo din to so we could stop spreading hate and misunderstanding.

    7. you think he's the only one na pinayagan sa women's boxing na male? dalawa sila. what can you say about that?

      Delete
    8. Totoo. Mg google po muna tayu.

      Delete
    10. Hindi sila same ni Nancy Navalta, kasi yun may both male and female organs. Itong boxer talagang female sex organs lang. She is Biologically Female and it is insulting to her na sya pag-isipan ng masama ng netizens when she did not cheat.

      Delete
    11. Totoo, nakakatakot ang kamangmangan ng mga Pilipino. Simpleng Google search, makikita na babae siya.

      Delete
    12. That is sooooo unfair!!! Kahit sa Caitlyn Jenner against dyan. It's not fair. The physical strength of a male is far different than a female's!

      Delete
    13. Thank you for the explanation. I was about to hop on the train to condemn this kasi marami din nagppost and share sa fb nito until I read na intersex pala sya. I dont think dapat mag compete pa rin sya though.

    14. XY chromosomes = male. Incomplete research mo my dear

      Delete
    15. XY is male. Kahit pa ano ang organ niya, natural man o hindi, he is biologically male.

      Delete
    16. She has a rare disease called DSD. Female body but male hormones. DSD boosts her testosterone that’s critic in building muscle mass and strength kaya nga ang lakas sumuntok. There’s also a possibility that females with DSD have hidden testicles. Check out Custer Semenya.

      Delete
    17. Nope, he's a dude

      Delete
    18. To 1:49 and 2:40
      WHAT IS A DSD?

Differences of Sexual Development are a group of rare conditions involving genes, hormones and reproductive organs. Some people with DSDs are raised as female but have XY sex chromosomes, blood testosterone levels in the male range and the ability to use testosterone circulating within their bodies.

WHY IS THAT AN ISSUE IN SPORT?

Women's sports categories exist in most sports in recognition of the clear advantage that going through male puberty gives an athlete.

That advantage is not just through higher testosterone levels but also in muscle mass, skeletal advantage and faster twitch muscle.

In combat sports such as boxing, this can be a serious safety issue.

Before you call everyone TANGA, understand the logic first why this has become a worldwide issue. Do you think ganun katanga ang mga kagaya nina J.K. Rowling and some female athletes?

      Delete
    19. 1:49 "May high level of testosterone lang sya."

Your ignorance is dangerous and could kill women! Binasa mo ba mabuti at pinag-isipan itong statement mo? May high level of testosterone lang? LANG?! Alam mo ba ibig sabihin ng high level of testosterone? INCREASED MUSCLE MASS AND STRENGTH. Now imagine that in boxing. Someone with the strength of a MAN IS PUNCHING A WOMAN.

Now try saying that to J.K. Rowling's face na ang tanga niya for not searching Google.

    20. The difference is chromosomes.
      You can't argue with those.

      Delete
    21. Actually, it's basic common sense. XY chromosome- MALE.

    22. Galit lahat agad dito di nagbabasa ng news!!

    23. She have DSD (Disorder with Sexual Development) na dahilan kung bakit sya may XY chromosomes at mataas na testosterone. It is a CRIMINAL OFFENCE sa ALGERIA (the country she represent) ang pagiging TRANS, bawal magbago ng sex or gender, pisikal man, medical, pati legal na mga documents. HER own country will be the very first to persecute her if she identifies as Trans pero that's not the case here. It is so GROSS that people are using this to discredit her Olympic win para lang mapush ang bigotry nila.

JK SHOULD APOLOGIZE TO HER, IMANI.

    24. 11:10 AM "Do you think ganun katanga ang mga kagaya nina J.K. Rowling and some female athletes?"

Yes. Imane was born female, has female genitalia, raised female, identifies as female, passport says female. Algeria does not allow people to change genders. Imane was cleared by IOC to compete in the women's division. The only organization claiming she is not female has been officially un-recognized by the IOC and they won't say what tests they ran only the conclusion they came to.

J.K. Rowling then went around calling Imane male, a cheat, a misogynist, etc. Super irresponsible.

  52. Bakit si nancy navalta dati nadisqualify sa track and field?

    ReplyDelete
  53. Nakakalungkot na walang nagbasa about the athlete and based their opinions purely on the transphobic JK Rowling's post.

Imane Khelif is a CISGENDER WOMAN born with female body parts but with high testosterone levels. Biological women can have naturally high testosterone levels. HINDI SYA TRANSWOMAN. Being part of LBGTQIA+ is also illegal in her home country ALGERIA.

She participated in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and na-eliminate sa quarterfinals. Sa 50+ fights nya in her career, 4 lang ang KOs nya.

There is only ONE TRANS ATHLETE participating at the 2024 Paris Olympics - our very own HERGIE BACYADAN, who participated in women's boxing.

    PLEASE READ UP!

    ReplyDelete
  56. aside from having unfair advantage, this makes contact sports dangerous. Imagine nyo MMA fighter mga yan. Binugbog ka dahil malakas yung trans. Nakakamatay yan

    ReplyDelete
  57. This comment section is why Philippines is so backwards. Just a bunch of transphobe talking points without doing actual research 😂 if yall cared about it that much you would've cared back then in 2020 tokyo olympics where she also competed. She is still a woman!!!

    ReplyDelete
  58. guarantee that ppl on here cannot pinpoint where Algeria is on the map. Now you guys are running with this and saying Algeria is "woke" enough to send a trans athlete to the olympics? Algeria, a muslim country?! 😂 You all cannot think for yourselves.

  60. Born and raised as a female talaga sya. Abnormal lang genes nya

    ReplyDelete
  61. Eto na naman si JK Rowling.....

  62. Imane Khelif cannot win against real men boxers hence joined women's with all the advantage on Imane's side. Sad reality but it is condoned by many as an act of "inclusion" from sports to pageant. I guess all that remains na di kayang makipag compete sa women is child bearing and birth 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

    ReplyDelete
  63. Some people need to read more news articles before coming to a conclusion about this woman's sex. There is no official declaration or proof that the winner was born as a cisgender male, or official declaration that her vital statistics deem her as a a cisgender male. Biological differences or not, the winner is entitled to compete with women until it is proven that the winner is declared as transgender and has an extraordinary unfair physical advantage that warrants a ban. Where else would the winner compete if she didn't qualify as either man or woman based on her testosterone levels? This female olympian deserves the right to compete because she probably has trained proficiently to justify her win despite the discrimination and politics burdened on her. Sure this is the Olympics and physical characteristics could influence winning or losing, but at the same time, once again Filipinos need to critically think before making assumptions on issues which they have not researched properly.

  64. She is biologically a woman who has a condition which caused her to develop a high level of testosterone.

  65. Imane Khelif is a cisgender woman.
She was born female, was registered as a girl at birth, is legally a woman, & continues to identify as a woman. May health condition sya. Mataas ang testosterone level nya. Imagine getting backlashed for this. So be kind nlng.

Don't be too quick to judge just because she didn't comply with a certain woman ideal-type. ALSO, Algeria is a muslim country bawal sknila maging trans sa alam ko.

    ReplyDelete
  66. Hindi po sya trans. She was born female. She identifies as female. And hindi po sya lagi panalo. Bakit ngayon lang kayo nagrereklamo? Kasi cry baby yung nakalaban nya?

    ReplyDelete
  67. She’s smart to decide to bow out.

  70. If you are one of those who are supporting equality with the pride movement, if you do not know, you support this. This is the product of it. If you tolerate it kasi sabihin, maliit na bagay. They ask for an inch, you let it go, they’ll move a mile. Be careful kung ano yung mga sinusuportahan nyo. Minsan nakikiuso lang kayo without knowing the big picture.

They should create a division of its own for them, that I think is EQUALITY and INCLUSIVITY. pwede sila sumali, just not sa men or women's division.

    ReplyDelete
  73. The boxer’s a female! She’s got higher testosterone level so di sya trans. Di rin sya male.

    ReplyDelete
She was just unfortunately born with a rare genetic disorder pero babae po katawan niya, was raised as a girl, babae and organs, etc. We can debate kung dapat ba dinisqualify na lang siya at hindi na lang pinayagan magcompete. But no need to call her a cheat or nagpapangap kasi hindi naman niya kasalanang pinanganak siyang weird

    ReplyDelete
  75. Out of all the sports sa boxing talaga.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Our athlete before, if my memory is right...hindi pinalaro kasi meron syang chromosome na nasa lalaki lang, kahit all her life, she identify herself as woman, Nancy Navalta yata name niya, not sure sya ba yon? Track and field pa yong sport nya...eto boxing talaga.

    ReplyDelete
