I am so sorry for all the victims of these horrendous sexual crimes. I am so sorry for all those predators and pedophiles that got away for so long!!! Lock them all up!
Nakakaawa si Sandro, at maraming salamat for having the courage to come out publicly with this. At sa mother niya who also suffer in her own way at kay Nino, the Child Wonder of the Philippines, who grew up in showbiz thinking his son will be protected the way he was. May God heal them all at sana managot ang 2 man yuck at lahat ng katulad nila sa loob at labas ng showbiz.
This isn’t easy to do especially for someone young who is supposed to be exploring a lot of opportunities in life. Sana lumabas ang katotohanan at malampasan niya ito.
Kailangan talaga ng therapy ni Sandro dito Pero the damage was done! Pero kelangan talaga managot ang mga abusers nya. Yung isa daw nasa hospital, now he know Kung anung epekto ng ginawa nila kay Sandro
Nakakaiyak ang statement nya. Damang-dama ko yung hirap na dinadala nya.
I hope and pray he is able to heal. I hope his family and friends stay by his side and keep an eye on him. Reassure him he is no less whole because of what happened. This tragic incident doesn't define him.
I wish the worst karma to those two animals who did this to him.

What is the purpose of this senate hearing? Can they actually put the abusers in jail? Will the testaments in this hearing can be use as evidence in court?

The purpose of the hearing is not to put the perpetrators in jail but for the senators to be aware of the major issues your country is facing so they know which laws to pass and make.
At 541 maybe in other instances when they invite resource personnel or if it only applies to a very niche group. In this case, they need to work on the law regarding rape which happens across all areas of society. Tv time lang ang habol ng mga yan.
The court is the one who decide if the person is guilty or acquitted. It is necessary to get a lawyer and file appropriate charges in the court of law.
Having a testimony about "'rape" cases in Senate hearing might or might not be beneficial but the justice cannot be served after Senate hearing investigation.
This is difficult for the victims - alam ng boung Pilipinas ang nagyari sa iyo, at baka hindi mentally or emotionally ready ang victims to divulge in front of everyone about his sad experiences. Tapos hindi naman ma-serve ang justice sa Senado. Nasa Korte po at kung sino lang ang andun sa korte sila lang lahat ang nakaka-alam ang nagyayari.
If you want to seek Justice, it is not found in the "Senate hearing", it is found in the Court System.
Get a lawyer, file a case and go to the court and present your evidence.
The Senate cannot convict or acquit anyone. Senators cannot "IMPLEMENT" the law. It is in the hands of the Justice system --- The Court.
Congressmen/Senators can make or create a law to strengthen rape and abuses penalty to prevent such things from happening.
As much as I would like to watch the senate hearing, I couldn't stand hearing Jinggoy lecturing the victims as if they're wasting his time. I feel bad for Sandro and Gerald and I feel disgusted with Junggoy!

Dapat sa Court of Law iniahin ang case yan tuloy lalong naging magulo at nalagay sa kahihiyan at natruma ang victim. Senate is not the right place. Ang mga nagha handle pa ng hearings ay may di magandang records. Maling move ni Nino.
