Some renters fork out 50k pataas sa rent pa lang sa prime CBD locations because of the convenience it offers. May bahay ka nga pero 4 na oras balikan ang byahe mo sa bahay araw araw.
not in the US kasi pag wala kang bahay sa US poor ka. Appreciation ng house pag binili mo kow ng $800k lalo na sa California, in a year may $100k ka na or double na kagad. $1m na in one year even less.
