Noong 2005, hindi hawak ng GMA Artist Center si Gerald, may sarili siyang manager. Yung event na kung saan niya sinasabi na naabuso siya ay hindi sa GMA at hindi nasabihan ang GMA kasi again, may sarili siyang manager na humahawak ng affairs niya. 2006 na siya nagpahandle sa GMA. Saka lang nagsabi, 2010 at sabay nagparelease kasi may intention lumipat sa TV5. Kaya di nagaadd up yung sinasabi niya na pinaginitan eh 2010 siya nagreklamo sabay alis. Wala syang masyadong project kasi let's be honest, wala siyang hatak compared kay Jonalyn at Aicelle Santos.

Theybuse their power and 'public face' to abuse their victims because their victims have less influence and are weaker than them.
