ReplyDeleteSana lang mamanage ng maayos pera niya. Maintaining a 3 bedroom condo in Mckinley Hill is super expensive. Mukhang ito yung bagong luxury condo nila dun na puro glass. Sobrang mahal ng monthly assoc fee nyan and utilities. Plus yung annual real property tax pa. Value ng property plus yung land/zonal value nakakalula presyo rpt.

Delete6:33 Kasi syempre mahal ang dues dyan. Naaalala ko yung sa reality show sa US na inaayos nila bahay ng mga tao. Ang nangyayari, lalo naghihirap kasi nagmamahal yung taxes at insurance, tapos may appliances pa na malakas konsumo sa kuryente. So valid ang tanong ni 11:23.

ReplyDeleteWell-deserved. Happy for him. I saw a documentary on Youtube of the early days of his training in Japan. He went through a lot at a very young age. And he owes a great deal to his Japanese coach. Nakakatuwa that all his hardwork and sacrifices paid off.
ReplyDeleteSana lang ma manage ng maayos ang finances niya. Read somewhere na hindi raw waived ang monthly condo dues dahil condo association decision yun at hindi ng Megaworld (developer). Pero sabay marami na siyang milyones na pambayad monthly.
