My Gosh 7:14 AM.. Gamit, gamit din ng puso. Kung totoo man yang saloobin mo, bakit di mo na lang tingnan yong magandang hatid don sa girl. Kahit papano tumaas confidence nya kasi di lang sya ang dumaranas ng ganyan. Na meron sikat na sikat na tao na nakakaranas din pala ng dinaranas nya.
Let us all see the good side of this. For someone so young, dealing with this must be challenging. Love her strength but behind closed doors, may mga weak moments din talaga. And may this moment, pag pinanghinaan sya, remind her na she's beautiful, madaming tanggap sya at nagmamahal sa kanya.
Naiyak ako sa episode nato. Marami naman ang nagdaan sa ganyang sitwasyon pero kung sa TV may magshare. Para na rin naibsan ang nararanasan ng may Alopecia.
Ibang iba na talaga ang mental state ng tao ngayon, nung bata ako pang asar lang namen sa mga kalaro yan yan tapos kinabukasan bati na ulet kayo, pero ngayon kailangan talaga maging extra careful ka talaga sa pagbibitaw ng salita.
Kase it can really damage one's self-confidence and partly bullying. Have you asked your kalaro kung ok siya now? Malamang hindi. Moments in life are all but fragile.
I completed chemo last month pero di pa rin tumutubo buhok ko ulit. At home, I will never answer the door kung di ako naka wig. Kahit papuntang palengke, naka wig pa din ako. Some patients comfortable sila showing their bald head pero not me. I know it’s going to grow back but shaving my head was one of the saddest moments in my cancer journey.
I used to wear my hair always long. And nung nagchemo ako i started cutting it but never shave hanggang kaya ng bilangin yung buhok ko. Initially I was wearing wig but let go of it after a month. Siguro kanya kanyang timeline. 5 years after, nakailang beses na akong haircut but its humbling kooking back at my cancer journey. Stay strong in faith.
Nag chemo ako few years ago and nawala lahat ng buhok ko. Medyo alam ko yung depressing feeling. Yung confidence level ko nun all time low. So medyo impactful makita to. Naiyak ako ng slight.
Teh pinanood mo ba? Ang sabi nya hindi pangawra sa iba ang wig, sa iba nagbibigay ng confidence/power para sa kanilang may problem sa buhok. I don't like vice pero nakakatouch ginawa nya dito. Dahil sa empathy ginawa niya iyon.
@1:13 iba din hirit mo watch the whole episode so you will know the context. same with 1:27, eto yon mga toxic na pinoy. you will never know unless nag ka alopecia ka. for women and feeling women iba pa din pag dami kang poknat or spots sa hair or kalbo na mataas ang hairline.
It takes a lot of courage para magawa ito ng mga taong pareho ng pingdadaanan—nakakalbo because nasa genes or tumatanda na, may alopecia or undergoing chemotherapy. Nakakahanga ang ginawa ni Vice kasi iniangat nya ang moral hindi lang ni April pati ng ibang nakakaranas nito. Hindi ko ito tinuturing na simpatya, ito ay empathy at suporta. Iparamdam natin na mahal natin sila at sana ay wag gawing biro ang pagkakalbo sa kahit anong platform dahil hindi natin alam kung anong nararamdaman nila o pinagdadaanan nila. Salamat, Vice. As person who experiences hair loss at a young age, thank you for boosting our confidence and letting us know that we are loved and we deserved to be loved with or without hair.
Naiyak ako. Siguro kasi I have friends and family members na nagka cancer and lost their hairs too. I cannot imagine what they had to go through. A little kindness won't hurt.
Nag tanggal ng make up at eye lashes before si Vice now naman wig. She’s a performer at celebrity , Kung anu mang enhancements ang gawin ni Vice , that’s her bread and butter. Mabuti nga Uni encouraged tayo ni Vice to embrace our flaws. Pero yung mga NEGAtizens Kasi May kakitiran talaga ang mga utak. Laging level 5 ang mga electric fan s utak
Ay kalbo pero ok lang tatay ko kalbo rin. It's very common now for people to wear a wig, people with alopecia, having chemo therapy, emotional or people with naturally thin hair but it does'nt devalue the person as you are. Believe in yourself.
IMPORTANTE ANG BUHOK. I still got mine pero manipis, every now and then naiingit ako sa mga makakapal Ang hair. Maski aburido na makakapal okay lang sa akin, ipapa rebond ko na Lang..haaay, I never had long hair Kasi sobrang nipis, kaya lagi na Lang ako short hair. I also wear wigs once in a while.

ReplyDeleteAndami nag wiwig sa ibang bansa na walang probs sa hair, they love changing styles and colors by using wigs.
DeleteAng hirap kasi sa mga pinoy, pintasera at iba tignan ang taong nakasuot ng wig. Hindi dapat big deal kung naka suot ng wig ang isang tao.
