    1. Itong DENR, mas tinira pa yung mga small tours kesa yung big issue which is the reserve is getting threatened. Again. Sagutin nyo yung issue! Ibebenta na naamn ba ang Masungi? Gagawing village/subdivision?! Planta? Anong balak nyo? Sagooooot!

Ano ba kayo, DENR o DoT?

May bakanteng lupa? Gagawan ng malls or subdivision.

      Delete
    4. Wala kasing coordination sa govrrnment at private. Magpapatayo ng housing, pero lakas maka-village. Walang green spaces sa nga mall at offices. Find space for trees!

While other countries are pushing for green economies, ayan pa rin ang Pinas, stuck in the 70s industrializatiin ang peg.

DENR basta may pera kami sige patayo kayo dyan!

  4. Its about time we do our duties to take care of wildlife and the environment. Enough is enough. Stop selfish people.

  5. Buti pa mga banyaga may malasakit. So what DENR is saying that whatever activities and shenanigans ("we value all those parties who have submitted themselves to the required processes and procedures blah blah")..are occuring, they will continue to do it? I don't for a second believe they haven't been taking under the table payments from deforesters.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Puwede ring hundi under the table, pero binibigyan sila ng internal information sa stock market para alam kung saan mag-iinvest temporarily and then sasabihin kung kelan ibebenta. Manipulation of stock market.

  7. Ang weird nung “however, no one is exempt from the law”—I mean they’re not allowing deforestation because otherwise someone would be breaking the law

    ReplyDelete
  8. Ahh yes... :) :) :) An elite telling the peasants to preserve nature while using his private jet :D :D :D And penoys will eat it up ;) ;) ;)

For months, ngshoot2 siya. hes a vegetarian nga eh

      Delete

      Delete
    4. 1004 agree with you, they’re hypocrites, always double standard

      Delete

    6. Leo can afford to pay carbon credits for his work and lifestyle, he is funding reforestations and ocean cleanup, he is a UN ambassador on Climate Change... Yung may malasakit na yung sikat na tao who has nothing to gain from this, hinahanapan nyo pa ng mali. Typical talangka mentality.

Kayong mga dukha sa ciudad have more oxygen to lose pag nawala ang Masungi Reserve dahil sa pabayang DENR at greedy businesses. Priorities, anubeh!

      Delete
    7. Quarry operators and developers are not peasants. Nor is the DENR Secretary

      Delete
Have you tried verifying those and are you sure those $$$ na supposedly napupunta sa reforestation or paggawa ng clean energy? Yung sa Globe nga na app na pwede ka magdonate for reforestation may nag research di naman forest yung tinanim pero coconut trees for profit.

      Delete
    9. 10:23 you cant just buy yourself out by purchasing credits and offsets.

      Delete
  9. Yuck! Kakahiya DENR!

    ReplyDelete

    1. Alam mo dapat lang Napahiya ang DENR, tagal ko na yan tinatag at dinedelte nila post ko against them. Da dami ng kapalpakan nila.

  10. Leo is such an eco/climate hypocrite. Typical Hollywood star kunwari concerned sa environment but doing the exact opposite. Walk the talk dude. Kuyog me all you want.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies

      Delete
    2. you can still enjoy your life while advocating for nature. alangan nman mag focus siya dun eh babad yan sa trabaho for hours. he needs a recreation.

      Delete
    3. 1016 haha truth!

      Delete
    4. Ito din true!

      Delete
    5. 12:15 asus kaya nga hypocrite di ba hahhahaa

      Delete
    6. 12:04 babaw mo girl

      Delete
    7. Eh ba’t ba kayo naiinis kay leonardo kung naka jet at yacht sya? Bakit hindi ba kayo sumasakay ng eroplano? Kayo ang mababaw

      Delete

      Delete
    10. 2:19 at least di kami hanash about environment/climate change. Gets mo?

      Delete
    11. It doesnt mean he is not concerned . At least ma preserve ang place. Lahat naman tayo in some way hurt the envt. We ride vehicles, use aircon, plastic containers, etc. While using a private plane may be excessive, he may need it. He is too recognizable to fly commercial most of the time………

      Delete
    12. 2:19 carbon footprint kasi. They are telling people to reduce carbon footprint but they themselves are the biggest contributor by flying private jets and planes.

3:29 tama ang comparison. In case you don't know, he is hated in other countries including the U.S. because he's a hypocrite.

      Delete
    13. Would you expect him to use a boat?

      Delete
    14. 12:09 Pwede naman kasi commercial flight. Flying in itself malaki na carbon footprint. Pag commercial, andami nyo. Same principle as carpooling or public transpo: 1 vehicle with several passengers so less emissions.

      Delete
    15. 12:09 NOPE. Fly commercial airline instead. Wag shunga kapatid.

      Delete
    16. 8:06 Keanu fly commercial all the time.

Hindi ba sya busy these days?

    1. Pinoy baiting lang, baka may upcoming Netflix movie yan haha

      Delete

      Delete
    3. 3:07 As if naman malaki ang Pinoy market for him to Pinoy bait us. He doesn't need us.

      Delete
Drop in a bucket.

      Delete
  13. Buti pa si Leo may concern sa bansa natin. He mentioned land grabbing.

    ReplyDelete

    1. May concern or best interest? Lol

      Delete
    2. 3;06 please elaborate Yung interest niya

      Delete
Malamang na meron siyang millions of stocks sa green energy or anything similar.

      Delete
    4. 9:20 hindi mo naman pala sigurado then why assume the worst?

Oh well, mukhang ok lang nman sa inyo. Goodluck! 😂

      Delete

  18. We should preserve what's left of our nature.

    ReplyDelete
  19. May mga DENR stans na nag cocomment? Hahaha. Leonardo Dicaprio is using his voice and platform, tingnan mo napansin ng corrupt na govt agency. And di naman lahat ng pwedeng gamitin sa lifestyle nya eh environment friendly, he at least using his influence, malaking bagay na yon to help.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Obviously, marami dito sa thread ang hindi aware sa issue ni Leonardo diCaprio about climate change and carbon footprint, or sadyang hindi lang naiintindihan.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Hindi nila gets na ang lifestyle ni Leo with all those yachts and private jets are contrary to the message and yung gusto nya i project na may malasakit sya sa environnment. Yeah fine he worked for it, but he can forego those and may other alternatives that aren't as damaging.

      Delete
    2. Kaya nga i commented about sa hypocrisy nya pero inggit pa daw ako kaloka.

  21. Korea and Japan have almost 70% of their land still forested. They live in high rises to preserve their forests. Why not just do that vs owning land and building these individual houses? We all have to adjust to preserve our environment. Nakakainis.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Ano ba DENR!!! Kakahiya kayo!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Lagyan agad agad ng resort parang choco hills

    ReplyDelete
